It's a good place to workout and it's much better than before, they are keeping it as clean as possible and you don't see broken machines just with the signs out order seating there for weeks, good job definitely improving

They do their best to keep the equipment clean and functional. That's key during flu season for a gym. No frills gym but I don't need any frills to burn calories

I come very often and I’m an older lady, the gentleman working there are very nice and let me on the message chair a little longer when it’s not busy. This woman said no and scolded me, it was very disrespectful. I’m going to cancel my membership because they don’t know how to treat people especially the elderly.

I like this planet fitness, I don't really interact with the staff except for when I give them my barcode tag to scan me in. My only complaint is they don't have a scale, I have never known a gym to not have a scale. I did ask one of the employees about it and he didn't know why there wasn't one either.

I’ve been to many other Planet Fintness locations, this was the worst expirence from walking in the main door to seeing an employee eating food in the massage chair, to the late night staff at the counter that seemed to have an attitude. No judgment zone yeah right this has to be known.THE MENS WASHROOM WAS FILTHY,THE SHOWER ROOM WAS FLOODES AND NOT ATTEMPTED TO HAVE BEEN MOOPPED UP DURING THE TIME I WAS THER, Non OPPERATING SINKS AND ALSO THE URINAL AND TOILETS NOT WORKING.Besides it being a moreless smaller location the equipment was all to compacted and it seriously needs a proper cleaning.Was not a fan of the location and yet being a member to literally attend any location I feel as if I won’t return here.Let down Knowing memberships pay and support this location and not living up to any other Planet Fitness experience.

I've read a lot of negative reviews about this location... made me second guess wanting to join this gym. I decided to take a look for myself. It's clean, not busy (later hours). Gentlemen always greet you upon arrival and always say goodbye when you are leaving.

It's a planet fitness, it'll get the job done. They're pretty good with not using the "lunk alarm" unless someone is being extremely loud. It's always clean, that's a plus. Biggest issue here is how long it takes management to fix things. Machines go weeks without being fixed and the bathrooms don't have hot water pretty frequently. If possible, sign up for charter in Berwyn it's much better at a similar price, but this gym gets the job done if it's your only option.

I have been going to PF since it opened. I enjoy my workouts. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately since they opened the decline in facilities has been pretty drastic. The parking lot is full of trash, big holes and is frequently icy (with no shoveling or salt). The equipment is need of repair and has pieces missing. There is a significant disparity between this PF and others (in more affluent communities). Please do better PF.

Overall this is a good gym for anyone who wants to start off. Especially for the price you pay. But if you’re really just starting off and looking for the trainer to help you out don’t count on it. He’s really only focused on the single girls in his session. Idk if that’s just with me but I don’t like not being taken serious. Will be going somewhere else for a better trainer.

When this place first opened up it was a great location to work out. I’ve been going the last several weeks and I can not stress how unorganized and gross it looks to me. The weights are scattered all over the place, the staff don’t attempt to keep it together, locker room smells tissue and paper towels everywhere. I’ve seen reviews and heard people say that they don’t like this location and I go different times every day I go. ... I changed my membership to a different location
