I think some of the employees take the "no judgement zone" a little too literally. While the facilities themselves are okay, the employees rarely monitor stations or enforce the workout circuit. As a "premium" member, I look forward to using the massage chairs or hydro bed at the end of a work out. Rarely ever are these chairs clean. Maybe spend less time on your phones and actually work? Perhaps this is a wider problem with Planet Fitness. I could always go to a different gym, sure, but friendly customer service and basic levels of sanity are the least I'd expect for my monthly membership.

Went to this gym location today and found the GM to be really rude and to focused on my lady That I was with. I found him to be really creepy. The GM did not speak to me but instead spoke and smiled the whole time at my lady. I’ve come to this gym plenty of times and he’s never greeted me only the women in the gym. I found this to be really rude. I will never come back to this gym nor my lady. BTW his name is MOLTON

Would give it 0 if i could. One of the workers is the creepiest guys ever. He has used our private info in our gym accounts and used it to find our social media . He’s been reported multiple times by different people and nothing has been done! He’s a creep and surely shouldn’t be working there. Such an invasion of privacy. 0/5 do not recommend

I hate coming to this gym but I have to as it is the closest gym to my house. The men's locker room is horrible. I would say that 50% of the lockers are broken and cant be locked with combination lock. The rest of the lockers are locked from people that are not even at the gym, and save their amenities in them. The employees are nice, but need to bring things up to management.

Great workouts 2-3 hours per visit 3-5 days a week! I was diagnosed with A-Fib. This is a great way to lose weight, get fit and keep my heart working good. Feeling better than ever with my health care approval!

In my opinion I liked planet fitness I enjoyed going in the beginning, but after awhile I started slowing up.. I realize that this is not for me ... I waz looking for one with a trainer the one I went 2 it waz 2 far for me 2 go 2 because I waz on the bus...on my own I started losing interest, and got lazy , but it waz really nice for me.. I said I will be going back. When I stared back driving... I do alot of walking..GOOD LUCK 2 YOU...

I came into this location and the satff was very pleasant, professional, and courteous!!! The environment was clean and had a good vibe! Kejuan and Diana were great to work with!!!

This place is getting worse every time.the bathrooms without water and dirty.People use weights anywhere in the gym. And this can cause an accident. and where are the managers of the gym to avoid that ???

Old girl talking about she aint got keys for the message chairs because somebody so call took the keys what kind of s*** is that. 11/30/2018. i got my car broke in to cameras dont work they stole my wallet credit card rob my money in my wallet and credit card about $500 workers dont pay attention when they got that big window looking at the parking lot fix cameras this gotta stop

Always clean whenever I go, the staff is always friendly, I get my workouts done with no issues. & I love that there are more machine options.
