Thank you for the great experience, came in unsure of enrolling for a membership. Also thank you to the friendly and welcoming manger kejuan , Who gave me a tour and explained the services this location has to offer. I truly felt a sense of a judgement free zone, I am now convinced to get a membership. Thank you.

When I subscribe they say unlimited use of chair massage for the black card, and the web site says the same thing. I have a lower back problem this is why I choose the GYM. The area of the chair massage was empty I was asking for 15 min. of time and I was denied and they say the only 5 minutes are allowed, for that reason I canceled the membership. the men bathroom smells bad, most of time are clogged with little laguna between the changing area and the shower area.

Because I have a black card I can go to any PF which is a great thing. This place was amazing. I left my black card in my locker to workout and needed water the customer service let me still get it a my the discount. Amazing

This Gym is Affordable. The price is one of the things that gets most of us interested in this place in the first place. That and its probably one of the closest Gym to people in the Area. That being said I have to say this Gym is not even worth the price they are charging. I know people work way too hard to be just giving away 10+ or 20+ a month (depending on the membership you choose ) + Yearly Fee and just giving out that money for nothing like it's free when they are not even getting whay they pay for . they dont even meet the bare minimum standards.This Gym is meant to just be a simple place that gets the job done but it cant even do that. No one comes here expecting this amazing extravagant Gym but just one that is functional at lest and can get a decent work out in yet we cant do that. Working out here is difficult when so Many of the Machines dont even work. A lot of the Workout Machines are Broken. The ones that are not completely broken are barely functional. The machines are in very poor conditon and others are broken Beyond repair. This makes the Gym useless. No one should be paying any amount of money for Broken Machines and barely functioning ones. To top it off the Gym is always Dirty and smells like it too.I have given this Gym a try 3 Times already and I have finally learned my lesson that this is not a good Gym period. Not even for the price its good. Save your money folks. This gym is not worth a membership that you're going to be paying for a long time because you dont even go and end up forgetting about it because of poor enviroment and horrible Machines.Also my brother Travels a lot and moves around due to work and he has visited many planet fitness and has come to this one while visiting us and he even said this is by far the worst one he has gone to. To make matters worse these are complaints People have been making since they opened and NOTHING has been done about any of them. The Gym just keeps getting worse.I see the owner reads the reviews and even replies Yet nothing changes. Stop replying to us with lies of promises of improving the Gym and then not doing it. Dont reply saying you will do better actually do it. Fix it. You have been replying for years and yet nothing has change. Take action.Finally if you're reading this as a potential customer. Please don't. The price does not justify the horrible quality and conditions in which this Gym is in. This Gym doesn't take its customers seriously because they think based on the area we dont care and will just accept the poor quality for the price but we dont and we need to stop giving them our business until they actually improve and not waste time answering these reviews to look good and hands on. Talk is cheap please start keeping your promises and improve this Gym .(The condescending back handed response from the owner speaks for itself :) ) Glad I canceled and Found something better.

Decent gym, only since starting a fitness plan I've found out they don't have the LYING LEG CURL bench. Even though they have tons of benches that's the only one they don't have. I'm short and the leg bench doesn't adjust priperly for my height 😥. Although the leg press in the 30min only area works for my height. I have three more weeks to go. So hopefully they have all the equipment for those. Other than that the gym is small but has almost all the needed equipment.

This is the only Planet Fitness I’ve been going to since I got a gym membership. The club itself is always clean and very few machines are out of order. The only thing I dont like about this place is that the both water fountains are sometimes temporarily out of order.

Love that its 24 hours! Especially since I get off work late sometimes.

Come in, work out, go home! I love the mix of genders at this location. Its not male dominated. You still get the "lurking" looks but overall pretty good.

Nice gym, but its not enough space for all the wanna be macho dudes walking around trying to look important and just in my dang way while they take selfies on the machines. I just wanna get my workout in and go!!
