I tried the rowing classes and was pleasantly surprised. They know how to spice up a rower and make it fun and different! My favorite class is the Wednesday rowing mashup, combining weights and rowing. Kristin and the crew are so helpful and welcoming!

Its Working Out has really unique and innovative workouts that will change up your fitness routine. I personally enjoy the TRX workouts the best - great mix of cardio and strength that isn't too strenuous on the joints.

In It's Working Out, I'm collaborating with Caroline. It's been a life-altering experience. Dealing with physical changes as a single, upper-middle-aged woman can be challenging and demoralizing. Caroline's knowledge, experience, expertise, and words of encouragement have been invaluable. Not only are the changes in my body boosting my confidence, but the mental transformation I'm undergoing is also benefiting my life. I've tried several It's Working Out fitness group classes, and they're the best! Their classes are a regular part of my day! I like the instructors and the atmosphere, which is why I've been a member for more than two years.

It's early but my experience so far has been very good. With only a few classes so far I'm tired and sore, I realize how out of shape I am. I do believe this track will help my golf with balance and strength. The instructors have been professional and courteous, warm and inviting. The facility is clean and the equipment is in good condition. Class size has been small so plenty of room and plenty of attention if needed.

I began with group fitness classes here. This allowed me to practice and gain confidence in my form. It also contributed to my commitment to this industry. No one is pushed beyond their limits, but everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves, which is fantastic. Personal training and more difficult classes are also available. I am very pleased with the Service and highly recommend it!!

I would strongly recommend it to anyone of any skill level. It's Working Out's guys are first-rate professionals who know how to push you just hard enough to reach your goals. I've taken lessons in the past and had little long-term success, but golf fitness classes have changed the way I think. I've significantly improved my balance and range of motion, which has allowed me to eliminate many of the "corrections" I'd made in my swing to compensate. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Wow!! Great workout! I have sweated through full body sessions with both Kristen and Jessica. Both instructors have designed fast paced, highly variable, interesting, workouts that strengthen all muscle groups while including spurts of cardio. They always are supervising and offering options to assure that I don't hurt my old bones and joints. If they would supervise my meals, I could not only get strong but skinny. It's Working Out small group sessions are leading me to fitness in an enjoyable manner.

Caroline and Kristen have been fantastic to work with! Caroline is our personal trainer, and she has done an outstanding job of supporting our needs and injuries so that we can see long-term gains in our strength and health.
