I have taken TRK classes in the past, but it had been awhile when I started going to It's Working Out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable making all of the adjustments needed throughout the class. With a class like this, I was afraid I would get bored with doing the same thing every week, but I didn't! There was a lot of variety and several exercises I had never seen before. If you are new to working out, make sure to talk to the instructors. Some of the exercises were a little challenging, but they gave modifications throughout the class.

I've been working out at It's Working Out for just over three years. The results have been great and I've never felt better.I've also never been so consistent with any kind of workout or gym before, but this place is different and special. It's not just because of the great instructors and super fun, really varied classes, although I certainly appreciate those. It's also because IWO is a real community. We work hard and have a good time together. Laughing and sweating really make you bond!I come to class consistently for myself, but to be honest it doesn't hurt that my friends will ask me where I've been if I go missing!

Every time I’m in Cincinnati visiting with my daughter I sign up for TRX and Row classes. I’m not in the best shape but all the way instructors are always accommodating with modifying the exercises. After every class I feel like I received a great workout. Highly recommend this facility. If your looking for a great workout and to get your heart rate up, this is the place to be.

I found It's Working Out from Class Pass. I went to couple of the IWO Row Classes and fell in love with. I quickly cancelled my pass and bought one for Its Working Out. I love that the instructors remember your name and information about you. I tore my ACL MCL and Mencius in Feb and IWO is constantly remind me that I can still be athletic! :)

The TRX class works new muscle groups I am not used to using! Very tough but very fun! Geri and Nikki and are great! The studio is clean and they were very helpful to the new TRX-er!

Nice space. Welcoming staff. I only do the rowing classes, but they have a good mix of different workouts. Yoga, TRX, Golf specific training. The rowing classes are a great cardio workout that you can do at your own pace. Love!

Great rowing classes for all levels - excellent beginner instruction for those that are new and good level of challenge for those that are more experienced. The water machines are the best rowing machines out there! Plenty of (free!) parking in the area and overall a great atmosphere!

I love rowing classes at It's Working Out! As someone who used to row, I've been missing rowing- even if its on land! The staff at It's Working Out is incredibly friendly and gets to know your name. The location is convenient as well! Appreciate the friendly staff and people here - I enjoy how there are all age and experience levels!

It's Working Out is an awesome place to train! I love their TRX class with Ashley. The class blends a full body workout with some great, heart thumping cardio elements. I walk out of class exhausted and hurting a little bit, but always find my way back for more!
