I recently moved to Mt. Lookout and was looking for workout classes to complement my running. It's Working Out has been fantastic. I love having all the different options in one place and have found the yoga and TRX classes to be particularly great for adding strength and flexibility training to my workout routine.

I bought the two week pass, to try it out without a month long commitment. So far, I’ve tried rowing, TRX, yoga and circuit training. The instructors are patient, and I was thrilled to find a place to workout that had people of all ages and abilities in each class. Incredibly motivating!

I was so welcomed at It’s Working Out when I first began attending classes. The instructors are so awesome and motivating, and there’s such a variety of classes that I always look forward to coming to class every time. Also, as a college student it’s a perfect and affordable place to come on my breaks. I’d recommend it to anyone interested in a great and fun workout!

I started going to It's Working Out after purchasing a discounted 2 week pass through a Facebook promotion, and that was about a year ago! The TRX classes are the most effective and efficient workouts I have ever done! You get full body strength, core, some cardio, and flexibility all in one. It's easy to progress at your own pace while still being challenged. The schedule offers various formats of TRX, rowing and yoga taught by different instructors so it doesn't get boring. I'm no fan of large gyms or the culture of "Extreme" everything, so this is a perfect fit. The vibe is laid back, friendly and encouraging. I highly recommend It's Working Out!

It's Working Out is a great studio for rowing and TRX workouts. The instructors are really helpful with new students and help you understand proper form and how to use the equipment. The time flies but I always wake up sore the next day!

We've had a great experience with It's Working Out. We've tried TRX, Rowing and the Golf Flexibility classes and it keeps us wanting to come back! Highly recommend Jonathan's rowing class on Wednesday evenings. They're fun, upbeat and the workout is great!

It's Working Out has a variety of TRX and Rowing classes. They also offer golf instruction and yoga. The instructors are extremely friendly and make beginners feel at ease and welcome. I really love the energy that the instructors bring to each class. The classes are fun and interactive which makes the time fly by. Both studios are really nice and new. I would recommend It’s Working Out to anyone that enjoys small group training at all athletic levels.

Mari is a wonderful instructor! She always has a smile on her face and is very supportive. She also plans fun, challenging, and empowering workouts that leave you sore the next day! The studio itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I will definitely continue to attend the TRX and rowing classes made available at this studio.

Great place to get a good work out with expert trainers. Over the last three years we have become devoted fans and participate 3-4 times a week. It has changed our lives. The program is highly modifiable for all age groups and levels. I recommend it to all of our friends.
