Very knowledgable and motivating staff. Simple premise, a TRX (and RIP-Trainer) focused workout center with class and individual training. You are always able to find your challenge in these workouts. TRX is a very low impact but high results way to improve your balance, posture, strength and flexibility. This staff knows how to help you with your goals and keep you safe from injury.

I have been doing TRX at It's Working Out for roughly two and a half years. In that same time period, I have been a member at three different gyms. Quality and consistency abound at IWO. The trainers are fun, laid back people who are able to encourage results without discouraging or intimidating. The schedule has a variety of options, making it very easy to work into even the strangest day to day routines. But mainly, the results are what keep me coming back. Drastic increase in strength. Pleasant level of weight loss. And unexpectedly, my balance and hand eye coordination have also improved greatly. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking to improve their physique, or anyone who just wants a change of pace from treadmills and free weights. Sign up for a month. I guarantee you will dig it.

TRX at It's Working Out is my happy place! I have gained core strength and overall tone with these challenging, yet fun workouts. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and encourage correct form for all levels of ability. I recommend that you come "HANG" out with us!

The BEST TRX classes in Cincinnati! The instructors are knowledgable and consistently attend continuing ed classes to bring the best and the latest training techniques to our classes. Plus it's fun!The strength I gained from TRX prevented what could have been a season ending injury while skiing in 2014 and I even completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig half marathon in May of that with plenty of guidance from the instructors.

I have been a member of IWO for over 2 years -- the team is friendly, fun and genuinely cares about not only your fitness goals, but also your overall health, working to ensure their classes are helping you to be healthier inside and out. I absolutely LOVE my work-outs here -- they are a part of my week that I look forward to both because they help me to be more fit but also because they really are fun and I enjoy being around the other IWO members each week. Importantly, I keep coming back because I never have been to the same class twice -- the routines, movements, and pace are different/varied each time so the workouts remain fresh. Keep up the great work, team!

It's Working Out is a dedicated TRX studio. In 50 minutes you can get a fantastic full body workout. the instructors are all awesome - helpful, encouraging, and they push you just enough to make the most of your workout. I first started almost three years ago to rehab from ACL surgery. Since then I have continued taking 3 classes a week. It is the only exercise I have enjoyed enough to stick with for that long. The increase in my overall strength and stability and decrease in my back pain is amazing. The TRX can be used by anyone. With infinitely variable resistance, beginners and experienced TRXers all get a great workout from the same class.

It's Working Out has been a wonderful experience! I have to say I was a little intimidated at first. But the teachers are very accommodating to new students, whether you have no athletic ability or you are an avid gym person. They really take the time to show you modifications and how to do all of the exercises correctly. Within a month, I was able to do a side plank much more efficiently than day 1.I started in January by doing the beginner classes and haven't stopped. Quickly, after the first month, I signed on for the monthly memberships. I go to classes 3x a week to prepare for my upcoming wedding in September. I can feel myself getting healthier and stronger each and every day I go to class. I look forward to class!This is a gym you must try at least once!

It's Working Out is a fantastic establishment! I joined just over one year ago and it has truly changed my life!Kristen and her team of instructors are great -- they are passionate, well-trained and engaging, and they are always mixing things up for us.The facility and equipment are well-maintained and clean.Aside from the great workouts and equipment/facility, Kristen has also created a truly special community at It's Working Out. So many of us spend time together outside of class socializing and supporting each other. I meet new members every single week and love to watch the community grow right before my eyes. This community piece has been especially important to me as someone who is not originally from Cincinnati.If you are looking to build strength and have a blast while you do it, It's Working Out is for you!

TRX is an amazing total-body workout perfect for all skill levels. The classes at It's Working Out are the perfect group-class atmosphere: personal attention by the certified instructors in a fun, group environment. The studio also offers class times that can accommodate any schedule. I love this studio and highly recommend it to everyone!
