Awful communication and facility!!! The facility is dirty and people are coughing on machines and not cleaning after themselves. The front desk rarely wear masks. They want to give every person their freedom so expect on lots of stuff on your machines. The front staff pretend they’re nice but can turn aggressive really quick. They also are overpriced for the quality of the gym, places with these machine have 10-20$ memberships whereas they charge almost $50. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

This gym is awesome! They have tons of equipment and awesome classes. It's the first time I've ever felt comfortable in a gym. There's a diverse group of people that work out. A real confidence booster to be among regular people working towards the goal of being healthier.

Love the unique gym equipment they have. The staff is chill and welcoming. They have bodybuilding documentaries playing on tv, which is motivating to serious bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. Definately recommend this place.

After being a member at this gym for over a year, I loved going here several times a week. But due to COVID19 I moved and tried to cancel and they REFUSED to accept cancellation over the phone or email. They demand I have to either physically go in store or write them a letter and mail it to them. Unbelievable, this is the year 2020 during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC when a lot of people don't want to visit places in person and your asking members who paid their dues on time every month to make it as difficult as possible to cancel a membership when EVERY OTHER BUSINESS ON THE PLANET, YOU CAN CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL! Unprofessional, unethical, and a shame you are resulting to shoddy business practices during a pandemic. This is extremely short sighted and if you think getting an extra $35 in exchange for having a customer who loved your gym and spread the word and got other people signed up who will now not recommend your gym to anyone and is writing this review is mind boggling.

Staff reassured me that no one would be charged when they re-opened from the COVID lockdown. Was told that plenty of notice would be given before hand when the reopening would occur so anyone who wanted to cancel before fees restarted would have time to do so. This was a blatant lie. They sent out one email late the night before announcing fee collections the next day. When I called to confront them about this they said it was part of the membership contract and nothing could be done. So now in addition to having the owner spamming my email box for the last few months with his weird frat boy libertarian rants about how gyms are essential business, I'm being charged for a gym that has been closed for months. Seriously just go to planet fitness they cost less than half the price for fitness system and are apparently not run by a pack of thieves.Should also add that they where refusing to let anyone cancel their memberships during the lockdown, so great little con they pulled.

Worst place to sign up for. We were recommended by one of our co-workers. Three of us went to the west Sacramento location and the manager Elia signed us up. Said that she’s going to give us 2 months free and all we pay for is $35 a month. The initial sign up was $69, I got billed in September of $35 and my next bill was $84 which they included the yearly maintenance fee. Went in to ask Elia what happened to the 2 months free she said we signed up on July 27th and we got July and August free. This gym not only lies but will charge you a arm leg. When I told her I’ll need to cancel my membership she quickly gave me the cancel sheet. Not only is Elia a fraud but she has really poor customer service.

Good assortment of equipment. People are nice. Open all the time, so you can work out whenever you want. It is relatively clean. They need to purchase new towels. The ones that they hand out are very poor quality. Also, they only have either a bath towel or a small washcloth. Neither of which are appropriate for actual use in the gym. The towel they gave me today was basically a rag...

the club itself is nice but management are things. I cancelled my membership like I was supposed to but they still took out my money and have not paid me back. I've called at least 10 times, emailed them 5 times they said it would take a couple business but it's been 9 days now. Once again they said they've processed my refund but still no money. Consumer beware.

Great gym and extremely well equipped. Lots of quality barbells, bumper plates, and squat racks. Very inexpensive & no hassle for travelers looking for a day/week pass while they’re passing through Sacramento.
