I've been to tons of gyms. This place has some of the best equipment I've seen. Pieces you don't find elsewhere. It makes workouts more interesting, exciting, and productive. Their monthly rate is reasonable and competitive as well. My only issue is that it's too far away from me! 😭 …

This place is great! Top notch equipment and lots of it! The staff is always very friendly, they do a great job at keeping everything clean, good selection of classes to take, there’s always enough people that it doesn’t feel like a ghost town, but rarely enough people to call it crowded. No annual contract which is great for someone like me who moves a lot for work. My ONLY gripe is that SOMETIMES they run out of towels, I usually come in late evenings(9ish) so i don’t really see much issue with it earlier in the day.Great gym, awesome people, good pricing

This company is harassing me Daily. I received a phone call months ago suggesting my card needed to be updated as my cc was compromised. When updated i told this gym i would no longer need this membership asi have joined a MUCH BETTER GYM! Capitol Athletic Club! I highly recommend,They are great. They would never be as petty as this company.So i cancelled my membership. They then called me a month later suggesting i needed to pay them for a new month. I told them once again i was not interested in continuing this membership. They told me to come in and cancel, i told them i do not have time to go to their gym. This would take too much of my time. I no longer would give them money. They called a month later suggesting i owed them more money. I laughed and told them no. I cancelled. Then the calls started coming in 3-4 times a week. anyways, here we are 4 months later and they are now suggesting i pay them $200. I have not been to any of their facilities since my cancellation.While i am here reviewing the awful policies at this place i guess i should tell you about how nasty the mens locker room is. bathroom and shower are grimy. This location certainly has a ghetto feeling to it.Do Not Sign Up. There are better choices

It's an ok gym, except that it's too hot in there. I asked if they can make it cooler but was told that they have to keep the temperature at 74! That is ridiculous! Too warm for people to work out. Obviously they try to save money on the electric bill; however, their fees are not cheap. Will find some other place to work out.

The gym works out fine unless you go to cancel. I stopped working out in June. I sent them an E-Mail at the end of August asking them to cancel my membership. They responded on the 5th of September saying that I had to physically come in to cancel. I came in and they told me that since I came in after the first of the month and there was a "30 day cancellation policy", that my subscription ran into October. They made me pay for not just one, but *two* months after I asked them to cancel, 5 months total that I didn't use.

This is a great gym, the staff actually know their stuff when recomending something. Love coming here, great environment, and just an amazing place to work out ,people come here to get the job done and not just socialize def my favorite gym in Sac.

this gym is awsome has all the machines and free weights you could need, great angles and variations on the machines. major plus is the Olympic lifting room that most gyms just don't offer. all the cardio equipment you could need and even has a tanning bed! best gym I have ever gone to hands down

I have been going to Fitness System for almost 3 years now. In that few years I can't think of a single complaint about machines, staff, or maitnence. It does have everything you could want or need for any goals. I have access to other gyms via work and school and Yet, I still choose fitness system over them. I Will be staying in this gym as long as I am in the Sacramento region, excellent service.

I have now been going to fitness system for a year and I am very pleased. They have all the equipment I need and more. So whatever my goals are, I know I have the tools to reach those goals. I rarely have to wait to use a station or machine and the environment is friendly. Also, the price is unbeatable and I can add family to my plan, making it cheaper if the bill is spread out.

My mom, best friend, and I all go to this gym! the employees are all super nice and helpful, the locker rooms are very clean, and they have a lot of equipment so I rarely ever have to wait for a machine. I love the wide variety of equipment, it fits every level of need.
