On a recent visit I walked into the club and the oppressive heat was overwhelming, then came the musty odor. It's almost June, time to turn on the A/C. It was so uncomfortably warm I couldn't finish my workout

I usually go in the morning, around 7am and it's not busy. I love having access to all the machines without waiting for someone to finish up. Plus there is a huge selection of cardio machines.

Customer service counter- man was being tyrranical about the rules. I a full- paid black card member wasn't allowed to have my husband try each of the hydro- beds, even though when I signed up they said I could, and I told Winnie that he had thrown his back out. After that refusal I set him and went to walk for ten minutes. 6 minutes in he told me I had to put my wallet in a locker even though I only had 4 min left.

Due to the staff members inability to take our bank information properly not once but three times, we where charged 160$ when they finally took the money out of the account they couldn't get right for two accounts being late. This being the same account they didn't have the right numbers for, they magically got them right 2 months later....hmm.Upon calling them on it and even pointing one of the staff whom took our information, I was told there was nothing that could be done. The manager herself said it was her staffs fault for the account information being taken wrong. She offered a few months free but that is not copestetic. Due to incompetent staff members I had to pay the penalties. Needless to say they could keep the 160$ but not my business they clearly needed the money.

LOVE my gym. They have so many machines to choose from and their service is top notch. I switched from fitness evolution (Fit republic) and I’m glad I did! I have recommended my friends to this gym and they love it as well.

I am sooo excited to start going here! I signed up in Jan and have been waiting for my location to open and now that it is I am so excited! I loved when anytime was here but this one is bigger & more amenities! I am paying$20 for everything and with anytime I paid $50 and they barely had any machines - one tanning bed and no massages.I am so happy! I cant work out yet due to injuries but the massage and tanning are calling my name!UPDATE- I went in last night for the first time and it was really NICE! Very Clean- modern aesthetics. They have a section to the left when you walk in that you can hit the spa- for Massages and Tanning. And to the right is the gym! I find that very nice since I can not work out yet I can still use my membership to tan get massages and do not have to walk through the entire gym in between people working out to get there! Also the tanning is closed off in a personal room. They have like 5-6 beds! So awesome! 1-2 Standing beds and the rest lay down. The lay down bed was much nicer than I expected- it has a facial tanner (it gets hot I recommend not using it the entire tan) I am very happy with this gym! I can not wait until I can get back into the gym when I finally heal.Also the staff was very nice and helpful! I will say one girl was a little bothered when I mentioned another thing that the other PF gyms have she kinda took it as dig at their gym but I was just simply asking. So I felt she was kinda offended but other than that it was an AMAZING experience cant wait to keep going back!

Came in on an early Saturday morning. It looks small, but machines are well spaced. Super clean, employees are incredibly friendly and quick to help when asked. They have three rows of TVs which is nice because whatever cardio you choose, it’s easy to see a screen. While the showers look pretty and new, the shower heads suck. It’s the super cheap head and they’re so high up it’s difficult to reposition for those vertically challenged. ProTip: use the disabled shower stall.
