Quiet place and the staff is friendly. The message tables and tanning bed are the best ones I've been in so far

I am so disappointed with planet Fitness I never was able to use my membership due to covid I never was notified that planet's Fitness had opened up they went into my checking account and they withdrew the funds I noticed it right away I questioned them I kept being put off from one manager to another manager finally they gave me an email address of a Layna Lucette which I emailed her twice asking for a refund I never received a response from her finally I contacted planet Fitness and I spoke to a Jesse which he told me several lies and I called him out on it this is not professional and it is not good customer service I let him know that I really wanted to talk to someone really higher up and he just gave me the name for the regional director this is bad business the customer is always right I simply asked for a refund was notified through Jesse that they denied a refund I never received any type of correspondence stating why the refund was denied I am so disappointed implantis Fitness I will no longer do business with them.

UPDATE: Still dealing with this company attempting to get gym fees from my bank when I was no longer active. I had hope as A NEW AREA DIRECTOR Ali portrayed himself as someone who could resolve this. Now he's ghosting. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY your bank and routing info. They will continue to try to collect fees even when you are no longer a member and will ruin your bank account. The bank told me they are notorious for this.UPDATE: Management hung up on me. Refuses to refund any overdraft fees and had the nerve to be rude to me after me and my daughter were victimized. So, IF YOU ARE FEMALE OR DISABLED BEWARE THIS GYM WILL NOT PROTECT YOU FROM IT'S PREDATORY EMPLOYEES. Not a friendly place for your beautiful Autistic children either.Beware if you are autistic or disabled. This gym allows predators to work and maintain their employment during the late shift. My autistic daughter was picked on and harassed and this GYM DID NOTHING. The creep still works there and my account is now is overdrawn with their continued erroneous billing.

“The World Judges, We Don't. At Planet Fitness, Be Free”, the last place I expected to be judge. My cousin and I been going to this gym for the past 3 weeks and for some reason the front desk lady denied my cousin entry. I told her why and she explains "child are not allowed to enter without their parent/guardian"(btw I'm 24). I told her I was the guardian and he lives with me. She repeated herself "children are not allowed without their parent/guardian" and i replied back "im the guardian and why was he going to the gym with me for the past 3 week and no one stop me" her response was "I dont know who allowed you to enter with him blah blah blah". I took my cousin back to my car and I told him its not your fault. After a minutes talking to him I walk back in to cancel my gym membership. As a brown person I expect not be judged by a person of color.Instead of me reaching out and trying to find a solution, why dont you reach out to this facility so this doesn't happen again.

I love this gym, I’m so glad to see how every 30/40 min staff are coming and cleaning every equipment and it makes me sure that everything is disinfected and fresh, also guys on the front desk are very friendly and open,Thank you!)

Great staff! Clean machines and lots of them! New state of the art machines. Nice outdoor pool that is saltwater so easy on your skin n hair! I really love this place!!

So awesome. What a great deal, and open 24 hours! Now I have a place to go when I'm bored and depressed at 3 in the morning.Also, employees... dont be afraid to hit that lunk alarm. Listening to men grunt and make weird noises isn't really my thing.

Usually not too crowded. I tend to workout around 9-11. Very clean and the staff is friendly. My wife and I started coming here two years ago after California Fitness pricing was difficult to eat every month. We never used the pool or classes there, so Planet Fitness seemed like a good fit. LOL. Anyway we like that we can use a club anywhere in the country. We’ve hit about 10 different clubs when traveling so far and they’ve all been great!
