This is definitely the best fitness center around! I go 5 days a week and each day is different. Tabata, HIIT, Strength, Core and more, its all here at 3:16 fitness!

I love 3:16 Fitness! I love the small gym atmosphere and the opportunity to get to know the trainers personally. Each day that I arrive, I know that there will be a well-crafted workout ready to help me reach my fitness goals. I never had a consistent workout routine until I joined 3:16 Fitness. I highly recommend it!

I love the atmosphere of 3:16 Fitness and would highly recommend it! Maresol is great about adjusting workouts to match fitness levels and taking into account past injuries. She genuinely cares about her members and she makes every workout unique and as fun as possible. Every member I've gotten to know so far is super friendly and fun to work out with. I've lost 10 pounds since I joined last fall and I feel much healthier.

I love this gym! I do personal training and the group classes. Maresol is the best trainer - she works with me on what I want and she pushes me to achieve my best. Everyone is so supportive and the workouts are always different. I highly recommend this gym.

3:16 Fitness is like a second family to me. Terry and Maresol are amazing and inspiring instructors and are always motivating me to be my best. The gym is cleaner than any other gym I’ve been to. It’s never a chore to workout at 3:16 fitness, every workout is fun and uplifting. I am so blessed to have found this gym.
