Great experience & environment

The Fitworks located in Highland Heights, Ohio is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. I am a senior citizen with my membership through the Silver Sneakers (Silver&Fit) Program. The staff is so respectful and gracious to me. The facility is clean and well stocked. If I could give an even higher star ranking than 5...it would be 100 stars. 🌟

Just joined so far I like the staff and the gym itself is spacious with free weights, many different types of nautilus as well as updated cardio machines that include HIIT programs. The place is slightly more in price than it’s main competition but I would say it’s justified as they are open 24/7 365 days a year and includes a assessment of fitness goals with a licensed Personal trainer which I feel is even more important to a beginner. No tanning beds but no “real fitness” would promote that even with waivers due to its potentially deadly consequences (Ie skin cancer). The goal is to be on this PLANET in healthy fit manner which would also promote longevity. I feel that fireworks is a legitimate when it comes to fitness and as real as it gets. So I give them 5 stars for not selling out and being real. The gym is beautiful updated equipment and helpful and knowledgeable staff !!!

Decent gym but overpriced. Usually willing to work with you if you're only there for a day. But unwilling to transfer over a paid month that was not used due to injury. Didn't even have the person in charge, Gavin, call me back. He had someone else explain it to me.

ed is so so personable, so informative & kind. had a really great conversation with him on the phone & wish i would have signed up here cause he would have solved all my problems.

I loved the Fitworks in Stow, which I was a member of for more than 10 years. But this one is awful. They don't care about anything except the bottom line. They swindled me out of $250 and will not return my calls or emails. Of course when I disputed the charges on my credit card, they were really quick to defend themselves—so they can get in touch when their money is on the line. Be careful. They will get you one way or another.Update: I see they've responded below. Why don't they just reply to my emails and phone calls instead of telling *me* to reach out—something I've done repeatedly without any response from them.

Great Gym. Great members. Great staff. Great environment but please open earlier on weekends
