This is my first time ever in a gym and I am having a great experience!!! Great Team Members at the front desk!! It’s clean and everyone is friendly!I just wish that when equipment is broken that they would be fix it!

Avoid this location!!!In late February/early March I had Covid and was unable to cancel my membership in person. I reached out to cancel my membership on 2/20 and 3/15 and did not receive any reply. I work super long shifts and was catching up on assignments but finally had time to go in person on 5/1. The manager there refused to refund me for April and May even though my barcode had not been scanned during that time, and honestly acted like he was trying to call a bluff with me the entire time. He refused to refund me. He gave me the email of their district manager or something (Casteneda being the last name) and I filled out paperwork to cancel my membership. I emailed the person above as soon as I walked out, and not only have I still not received any correspondence, but was charged 5/31 for June!! It’s honestly a little funny at this point because the entire time the manager acted like I was full of it but he literally watched me fill out the termination request and start typing the email and we’re still in the same boat🤷🏻‍♀️ I plan on calling their billing dept/my bank and will figure out what else to do as far as complaints, but I would hate someone else to go through this. It’s clear from other reviews the staff here simply don’t give a damn. The service at Anytime is night and day difference (and at least their bathrooms are clean!)

Best gym I have ever been a member of by far. Love the women's room. Cleanest bathrooms. So much equipment. I've moved and miss this gym. I'm paying 5x the price at Cowboys Fit and it's not as nice.

Nice and helpful employees and clean equipment with good music, definitely would recommend!

Edit: in 2020 I left back for my hometown due to an emergency and had no way to get back to CStat and explained over the phone that I needed to cancel my membership they refused to help me because the contract said I could only cancel in person. I tried to call multiple times only for them to hang up on me mid talking because I wouldn't take no as an answer and was trying to resolve my issue in any way, shape, or form. I even called the head departments about my issue, explaining my situation and even willing to show proof that I moved only for them to do the same thing. Eventually the payments stop coming out of my account so i thought someone helped me figure out my issue only for me to get contacted several months later by a debt collecting company to get the money i "owed them". Had to pay out of pocket and suffered financially for it. So would I recommend this place now even though it's been a couple of years since? No. The employees they hire are clearly rude and hang up on you when they dont want to deal with you and the higher ups do the same, and screw you out of a lot of money. Facilities were also under construction for a while so was unable to really use the facilities i really signed up for. Just dont forget to go in and cancel before you leave whether it's from an emergency move or a graduation move they wont care.Old review when i first signed up - When I came in, Gabriel Allen helped me right away and was super nice and efficient with the tour. the gym as a lot of amenities for the price you're getting and well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.

Great gym with a lot of equipment to choose from. Everyone that works here is very helpful and kind as well. Recommend coming here in cstat!

Good variety and volume of equipment. Very spacious too, only complaint is all the barbell clips have disappeared.

They are always super friendly and always willing to help. Always answer any questions, and the music is bomb. Love coming here!

One of the best gym faculties in College Station! The staff is always friendly and they have all the machines that you would need for a great workout.
