This review is SOLELY a shout out to Rosie Castaneda.After our card on file was compromised due to fraud; my husband and I were told by staff, and (even a "manager") at this location "nothing can be done to waive your late fees". Even though they happily waived my husbands the week prior (we had a joint account as of last months billing cycle. The men at the desk were rude, and shrugged (yes, actually shoulder shrugged us off) and said," it wasn't their problem, and that our accounts were now "separate accounts" and that I had late fees from CC fraud.Rosie, on the other hand exemplifies what customer service means on every level. SHE took care of both our accounts with a credit, and made it a point to take accountability for their poor job etiquette. THANK YOU Rosie for having integrity, and doing what is right by customer AND club at all times.

Hi everyone my name is Elizabeth, and I workout at TruFit. And the reason I’m typing this review is because tonight I just had an altercation with a teenage Karen, I literally got out the shower and I was looking through my phone to see if I had got any messages. But as soon I was putting my phone down so I could get dress this teenage Karen literally tells me that ima go report you. Just for being “naked”in the lady’s locker room, I really never had anyone yell at me for this especially some little teenage Karen. And then has the audacity to tell everyone in the women’s gym that I was in the locker room naked, also she called me disgusting. We’ll I’m sorry that teenager Karen is so insecure with her self

If I could leave NO stars, I would. Worse possible customer service I’ve ever received. I cancelled my personal training with TruFit & was still charged for it the next month. It has now been 30 days since they took MY money & have not refunded me. There is no number to call to speak to anyone they just give you email addresses & no one acts like they care or even know what’s going on. I was given the name Rosie to speak to no response. I was told “district manager” TJ was going to reach out to me to help resolve never heard from him. The only people who were of assistance were Payson & Brittany. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I had to present numerous documents just to prove that they charged MY account as if I did something wrong. I would definitely not recommend this gym. ZERO STARS FROM ME!!!!
