this gym is Absolutely dreadful experience at this so-called "gym." If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place is a complete and utter nightmare from start to finish. First off, let's talk about their cancellation policy, or should I say cancellation nightmare. They claim you can cancel online with just one click, but guess what? You're stuck in a Catch-22 situation where they force you to physically sign a format in-person to cancel. It's like they're holding your membership hostage, and they're loving every minute of it.And let's not forget the cherry on top - the oh-so generous $5 uncharge they sneakily add to your bill. You think you're signing up for a certain plan, but surprise, surprise, they think you owe them an extra fiver. It's a classic bait-and-switch move that reeks of deceit and dishonesty.Now, let's dive into the actual gym itself. Filthy would be an understatement. I've seen cleaner trash cans than the equipment here. It's as if the concept of hygiene is foreign to them. The machines are covered in a layer of grime that I wouldn't even want to touch with gloves on. And the employees? Well, they're apparently allergic to cleaning because I've yet to witness them do anything remotely resembling sanitization.But wait, there's more. Brace yourself for a chorus of obnoxious yells and shrieks from attention-seeking individuals attempting to ride the TikTok trend wave. It's a decibel level that rivals a jet engine. If you're looking for a peaceful workout environment, you're better off hitting your head against a brick wall – it's probably quieter.And don't even get me started on their apps. Supposedly, they provide links to cancel, but oh, what a surprise, the links conveniently "break" when you try to use them. It's almost as if they're intentionally trying to make your life a living hell by trapping you in this gym purgatory.

Nice clean club with good equipment. My favorite was the treadmills they really engaged you during your run! Sauna was nice too!!

She got my membership in pretty fast, and set up so I could workout for the pre wore off.

I looked this business up on the better business Bureau. They have an F rating and is not accredited. They have continued to charge my daughter for membership months after she went to cancel. She has gone to them several times since to stop them from charging her. They are scam artists. Most complaints are about canceling membership. If necessary, I will find a lawyer . It makes no since why they continue to take advantage of students. From what I read, if you stop payments through your bank, they will try to ruin your credit by sending you to debt collectors. They need to be stopped. I'm going to have my daughter do a complaint to the BBB.
