I love orange theory on Academy. I haven’t stuck with or loved group workouts previously, but these classes are different. I love challenging myself with the monitor, being able to watch my heart rate, energy expenditure and progress over the last year. Orange Theory makes me work harder and pushes me to the next level!

OTF is an amazing way to keep fit, as well as being part of a community! The workouts are always tough but rewarding, the music is bumping, and the coaches are always friendly and knowledgeable. On top of that, it's fun to make friends in class and compete or cheer each other on.Studios are always clean and safe, the front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience!Shout out to Coach Abby and Kate at the Colorado Springs, Academy location and Coach Connie and Avery at the Stetson location!

The staff is so welcoming and the trainer Abby is absolutely lovely. She really helps push you to achieve your goals set for yourself and be an accountability partner throughout the workout. Highly recommend attending if you need an extra push to get your fitness journey started.

The coaches! They are the best. They pay attention to form and correct appropriately. I like how they help me motivate myself. I also like the variation in workouts every day. Also, I go to many locations and love the consistency but my Academy and North Gate family have my heart (and muscles).Post My Review on Google

I just joined and was worried it would be too intense for me as I haven't worked out in years. So far I love it. You can tailor the workout to your own level of fitness and I've gotten great workouts so far. I love the scientific approach and the coaches are really great.

I stopped working out for a while and needed to get back into some kind of routine, With COVID, it's been a challenge. I've always wanted to try Orange Theory, so I did it. It was the best decision I've ever made. The coaches are motivating and encouraging, the workouts are challenging, the staff is always so very helpful. Everyone there is always happy, so that has to say something. I feel better than I have in a long time.
