OTF is the most fun I’ve ever had working out! I love the variety of the exercises, the music is fun and the coaches are really energetic and motivating. I also enjoy working out with other people. I look forward to my workouts every day which I’ve never been able to say before. I’m very hopeful that I’ll finally be able to reach all my fitness goals with OTF.

Orangetheory Fitness holds me accountable to do the best workout for myself. The days of going to the gym and doing a mediocre workout are over. The trainers are very knowledgeable and make sure our form is correct to avoid injuries. And because we have the option to schedule our workouts ahead of time, I can plan my week around my workouts, instead of planning my workouts around my week.

Orangetheory is just amazing! Whatever your fitness goals they can help you achieve them. I started just under a year ago and have lost 25lbs, completed 2 half marathons and working towards a full marathon this year. The coaches are great and very motivating. If your on the fence about trying it, just do the first class that's free and you will love it.

Orangetheory Fitness has been more than amazing for me! Work out classes were never really "my thing" until Orangetheory. These hour long work outs are, hands-down, the best I have ever experienced. They are ALWAYS challenging and different. The coaches are so motivating and helpful and make sure that you are getting the most out of each workout.The OTF Academy staff are some of the most welcoming, sweet people I have ever met. They really make your experience personal and enjoyable. They are always so happy and encouraging! I could not say enough positive things about OTF Academy.

Orange Theory has been an excellent place for me to go for fitness. It challenges me every day, and all the trainers and staff are super supportive and extremely motivational. The workouts are fun, yet effective. I started Orange Theory after I was done having babies and ready to get my fit body back. After 3 months, I am amazed at the difference and very pleased!! I really like the coaches, the diversity in members, and the fact that everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged, no matter their skill level.

I absolutely love Orange Theory! Everyone treats you like family. The workout is intense, but fun. I always leave feeling accomplished. The trainers are super motivating, and always willing to help if you need clarification about the workout. I have learned a lot about my body and fitness since joining. I would 100% recommend Orange Theory to anyone looking for a great workout!

I love OTF! The coaches and staff are the best - always welcoming you, asking about life and helping to keep you on track with goals. The positive energy you feel as soon as you walk in the door is great. No matter how you feel when you get there, you're always going to leave feeling energized (and exhausted from a great workout)!

I love Orangetheory Fitness. It's the best workout I have done, and I now look forward to working out. Everyday is different so you don't know what you will be doing, but you know you will get the best workout. The coaches and staff are amazing. It's the first place I have gotten real results and it's only one hour! It's great for stress relief as well!
