I love that the workouts are different every time—-I would never have the discipline (or the time!) to plan and carry out such a wide variety of workouts. The coaches and class members are very supportive—-high fives and smile no matter how tired you are! I also really appreciate the s wince behind the workouts—-it is helpful to have a body of data to see how far you have come.

OTF Academy is great! Even though it’s further than I’d like to drive, the workouts, the people and the environment are encouraging and exciting. I went from tentatively trying it out in November to signing up for 8 classes a month, to signing up for unlimited in January and pushing myself to go 4-5 times a week! I’ve never been this motivated to work out before and NEVER routinely got up for a 5am gym class, and now I love going. I’ve also reached several fitness goals and am working to reach several more by the end of the year, and I don’t know that I’d be able to reach them on my own or at another gym. Thanks, OTF!

I absolutely LOVE OTF Academy. This is the only fitness program I've actually stuck with (going on two years) and is one that I look forward to coming to. My fitness level has improved and I love the fact that no two workouts are ever the same. My bone density has also increased and I attribute that to the weight training segment of the workout. Love it!

For someone who hates going to the gym, OTF is the perfect spot for something like me! The workouts are INCREDIBLE with a mix of cardio and strength (I burn 650 calories on average per workout), and the classes are small enough for the …

The workouts are well designed and the coaches at the Academy studio are fun, motivating and professional. I am able to achieve my fitness goals in 3 or 4 60-minute Orange Theory per week , compared to the old school six days of cardio and strength training sessions. My overall fitness using OTF is better than what I achieved in 30 years of using my old approach.

The coaches are motivating! I also love that the workouts are different every day. They are very challenging so when I finish I feel like I have accomplished something. I would 100% recommend OrangeTheory Fitness if you are serious about transforming your body

I joined just a couple of weeks ago, but I have to say I'm already loving the workouts. The variety constantly keeps you on your toes, your heart rate going, and burning calories fast! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, being new to any gym can be intimidating and they made those first couple workouts a breeze and very welcoming! The instructors spend a good 5-10 minutes with anyone new going over the machines and what to expect, and all of the class vets are incredibly supportive and excited to have new people. I started with the basic plan, but I can easily see myself bumping that up to the elite or premier very soon!
