I joined just a couple of weeks ago, but I have to say I'm already loving the workouts. The variety constantly keeps you on your toes, your heart rate going, and burning calories fast! The staff are also super friendly and helpful, being new to any gym can be intimidating and they made those first couple workouts a breeze and very welcoming! The instructors spend a good 5-10 minutes with anyone new going over the machines and what to expect, and all of the class vets are incredibly supportive and excited to have new people. I started with the basic plan, but I can easily see myself bumping that up to the elite or premier very soon!

I LOVE Orange Theory! I never know what I'm doing in the gym, so it's very nice having coaches to help you along the way. Each class is different and always very fun. I love that the workouts are based on your heart rate and science. As someone with significant back and other injuries, and has had back surgery, I love that there are always modifications available to every workout. Even the modification the coach explained doesn't work? Just ask! They'll work with you to find something that works and still hits the same muscles. If you've thought about OTF, but haven't tried yet, stop waiting and come in!

Love this Orangetheory! The front desk staff are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. During my first class, my instructor, Abby, checked on me periodically throughout the class. She offered advice and suggestions to enhance my workout. The atmosphere is encouraging, fun, and upbeat. I was worried I would fall behind in the class, but I felt very comfortable and got a great workout!

When it comes to working out, I need some extra encouragement and motivation. Every time I walk into an Orangetheory Fitness studio, I feel instantly pumped up by everyone's friendly attitude and positive energy. I appreciate when my coach encourages me to push a little farther or run a little faster. I know I'm getting the most out of my 60 minute workout, every time, and I feel amazing for the rest of the day. I would recommend Orangetheory Fitness to everyone!

Getting a good (yet fun) workout is important to me; and as a former Olympic Coach, I appreciate the the expertise of the coaches. I find OTF workouts hard enough to challenge me, but they also are fun and accessible to everyone. It is motivating to see people who are just starting their fitness journeys working along side more experienced athletes. From the moment you enter the gym you feel welcomed by people who greet us by name and also remember a little bit about us.

Amazing gym, great coaches, and the workouts give amazing results!! I would recommend this facility to anyone! There is a true difference between an orange theory workout and just going to a regular gym. The workouts are always challenging and motivating!! The coaches at this location are excellent as well!

The coaches are motivating! I also love that the workouts are different every day. They are very challenging so when I finish I feel like I have accomplished something. I would 100% recommend OrangeTheory Fitness if you are serious about transforming your body
