The workouts are well designed and the coaches at the Academy studio are fun, motivating and professional. I am able to achieve my fitness goals in 3 or 4 60-minute Orange Theory per week , compared to the old school six days of cardio and strength training sessions. My overall fitness using OTF is better than what I achieved in 30 years of using my old approach.

I absolutely LOVE OTF Academy. This is the only fitness program I've actually stuck with (going on two years) and is one that I look forward to coming to. My fitness level has improved and I love the fact that no two workouts are ever the same. My bone density has also increased and I attribute that to the weight training segment of the workout. Love it!

OTF Academy is great! Even though it’s further than I’d like to drive, the workouts, the people and the environment are encouraging and exciting. I went from tentatively trying it out in November to signing up for 8 classes a month, to signing up for unlimited in January and pushing myself to go 4-5 times a week! I’ve never been this motivated to work out before and NEVER routinely got up for a 5am gym class, and now I love going. I’ve also reached several fitness goals and am working to reach several more by the end of the year, and I don’t know that I’d be able to reach them on my own or at another gym. Thanks, OTF!

The coaches (especially coach Kellie) are so motivating and really believe in you. They make it fun and you are surrounded by driven people who all want to be at their personal best. I walk out of each workout feeling so great about myself. I would recommend Orange Theory to anyone who wants to be pushed and reach their goals! It is hard work but I really love it and look forward to each workout.

Orangetheory is just amazing! Whatever your fitness goals they can help you achieve them. I started just under a year ago and have lost 25lbs, completed 2 half marathons and working towards a full marathon this year. The coaches are great and very motivating. If your on the fence about trying it, just do the first class that's free and you will love it.

Orangetheory Fitness holds me accountable to do the best workout for myself. The days of going to the gym and doing a mediocre workout are over. The trainers are very knowledgeable and make sure our form is correct to avoid injuries. And because we have the option to schedule our workouts ahead of time, I can plan my week around my workouts, instead of planning my workouts around my week.

Their workouts will change your day, for sure! Love the music, the trainers & the atmosphere. I love the "high 5's to your neighbor"... and I love the All-Out's!!! If you haven't tried OTF yet - do it. Other areas of your life will begin improving with these regular workouts. It's amazing.

OTF is the most fun I’ve ever had working out! I love the variety of the exercises, the music is fun and the coaches are really energetic and motivating. I also enjoy working out with other people. I look forward to my workouts every day which I’ve never been able to say before. I’m very hopeful that I’ll finally be able to reach all my fitness goals with OTF.
