I attended the Chakra Sound Healing event last night and it was outstanding! I have never experienced that before and I feel amazing this morning. The space was perfect and very safe. I would highly recommend another event like this!

Always love the self care that Josee offers! This was a great event with my friends to unwind and rebalance the stressful days we have. Perfect girls night! And a bonus Travinias is close by for a light dinner after.

Though I had some experience with yoga classes, I initially enrolled in Level I Beginner’s class. This is a wonderful place to start if you are new to yoga; have experienced changes in your body secondary to age, illness, or injury; or just want a class with more individualized instruction in a smaller class environment. I gained confidence, increased strength and flexibility, and have decreased chronic pain. The Beginner’s class is structured specifically for individual instruction, but all instructors monitor students and offer individual modifications. The environment is supportive and encouraging, with frequent reminders to accept individual differences with non-judgement. The instructors are so creative with modifications [which I need]. They all provide descriptive instructions which are easy to follow. Although I still see myself as a “seasoned beginner”, there are a range of students in classes, including those who are very experienced.I love the variety of classes, the studio environment, and the frequent special events which provide special yoga experiences.I have prioritized these classes in my schedule, because they have and continue to improve my quality of life. Though, I’ve focused on physical benefits of yoga, I’ve also gained from the integration of breath, mind, and spirit in classes.

I’ve had 5 sessions in the last 2 weeks. All of the classes have been well done. There were 4 different instructors, each with there own version of yoga, with numerous tips to better your practice. I would recommend them to anyone learning or advanced.

If I could give 10 stars! I can’t even put into words how amazing my first yoga experience was tonight! Thank you so much Josee for the warm welcoming and to everyone else as well. I felt way better leaving than what I did coming in. The environment and the vibe in the this yoga studio is just beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend checking this place out! I left here feeling positive, happy, and great energy!

Great first class at Palmetto Yoga! Welcoming, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Sarah was an amazing teacher. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be attending more classes and recommend it for anyone, no matter your yoga experience!

I decided to take the beginner's class as an addition to my newfound focus on self care. Almost a year later, I can say becoming a part of the Palmetto Yoga & Reiki Center community has been one of the best decisions I've made. I look forward to classes and hold myself accountable for showing up. The instructors and experience are top notch. One of the best things I've done for myself.
