I can’t say enough good things about Simple Solutions. The environment is great as a small group sessions. Steven does a great job tailoring a plan specific for the individual and not just a generic workout. Steven gets to know you on a personal level and is invested in your success. Even with my crazy work schedule Steven worked with me to get my workouts in as often as possible. Unfortunately life happens and I had to walk away for now. But when my schedule turns back to normal, I can guarantee I would come back to Steven and Simple Solutions to continue my fitness journey.

When I first started going to Simple Solutions, I was really looking to start from scratch on strength training. For years, my primary form of working out was yoga, so I was wanting to switch things up and focus on gaining strength. I didn't really trust that I was using proper form just by watching You Tube videos, and I was correct! From day one, Steven guided me on how to properly, effectively and safely gain strength. He and his team have been patient and encouraging every step of the way. I still have a long way to go, but I feel confident that with their guidance, I WILL make my desired gains. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I got a membership at Simple Solutions! The environment is always up beat, and just an overall safe and comfortable environment to work out in. I remember first starting training and I was super nervous about working out in front of other people, but Steven does a great job with including you and making us feel like family! I have been training for around three months and I have noticed big changes with how I feel. One of my goals was to be able to do push-ups, and with training twice a week I have gained a lot of upper body strength to be able to do so, and i’m super excited about it. I have noticed many areas on my body getting more toned as I go through training also! Picking Simple Solutions as my gym was one of the best decisions I have made!

Working with Steven has definitely increased my confidence in the gym and helped me find motivators to keep me working towards my goals. I initially started working with Steven with the goal of improving my mental health and getting active. I have learned how to correctly perform certain lifts and exercises and I have even started working out on my own at another gym (something I have never done before). Steven’s workouts are pretty easy to follow so I am able to do them at home or in the gym on my own when I am not at simple solutions. Steven is also really great about checking in with me and making sure that I am staying on track. Simple solutions has provided me with the opportunity to be active and be more confident in my abilities but I have also met a lot of great people there who are wonderful supporters.

Steven at simple solutions is absolutely the best! He truly gives the best plan for every customer. For example, I have been doing body weight exercise classes for a few years but recently realized that my body needed a change in order to see a difference. I didn’t feel as tho I needed a whole new personal trainer but I did need a push in the right direction if I was going to start lifting weights on my own. From this, Steven and I both noticed the best solution for seeing my goals was having him create workouts for me based on what I was wanting to improve/change. Having him create a whole gym routine has made me more comfortable when working out at the gym alone because he provides videos and written examples to each exercise which allows me to perform more confident in the gym!

I have loved going to Simple Solutions! The environment is comfortable and inviting. Steven Mack takes the time to know his clients strengths and mobility. He creates plans to help focus on each individual goal. He does a great job of showing, teaching and monitoring that his clients are knowledgeable and performing each workout correctly.Since starting at Simpme Solutions, I have noticed my clothes fitting more loosely around my waist, I have more confidence and am able to sleep better.One of my reasons for joining Steven's gym was accountability. After being gym-curious for almost two years, I'm so happy that I took the plunge with Simple Solutions in February of 2022. I knew I was looking for a more personalized experience where I could learn the movements and techniques. Coaches Steven and Maggie both give excellent instruction on new exercises. Additionally, because of the small group format of the sessions they are able to keep eyes on everyone working there to be sure everyone is safe and on track.This has been a big help in overcoming the anxiety of getting hurt or just generally feeling lost in the exercises.The programmed workouts have all been enjoyable thus far and I'm excited to continue! I've found that my motivation to exercise has improved, as well. While I'm often the type to want to bail on things when I'm tired or busy at work, working with Simple Solutions has gotten me more inspired to make the time for myself.My favorite thing about working out here has been the small group setting. Everyone I've happened to share a time with at the gym so far has been super friendly. There's a great balance of fun chatting between sets, hard work, and great instruction.I can definitely see some progress towards my strength goals, and am excited to see the longer-term results!If you are looking for a place to work towards your fitness goals in a supportive, more personal environment, Simple Solutions Fitness absolutely has something to offer you.

Steven and the crew at Simple Solutions are truly best-in-class—and having worked with other trainers and patronized other gyms I feel like I can say that based on a wide variety of experience.All the trainers are very knowledgeable and design programs that WORK. Add that to the fun environment that comes from the small group personal training format, and you have a recipe for success regardless of your current fitness level or existing knowledge. I can’t recommend them enough!

Steven creates a welcoming environment. The small-group setting is nice. It’s kind of like working out with friends but still getting personal attention.Steven knows a lot about the mechanics of the exercises and about exercise theory. I enjoyed learning more about these topics.The app-assisted exercises help you track your progress. The classes are pretty laid back. You get a good workout but never feel any pressure. It was a good experience overall.The latest class is at 5, so this is a good option for someone looking for a morning - to early evening training.

I've been training with Simple Solutions for a year now. In that time, I have experienced great results and support every step of the way.The initial consultation was very professional and thorough. Steven set me up with a enjoyable program that fit well into my schedule and got me toward my goals. When I had changes at work or in my personal life, he was there to guide me and suggest ways to keep making progress despite the challenges I was facing.
