Today was my first class. I really enjoyed my instructor Njeeb. He did not babysit me and showed me attention when it was needed. He kept me motivated,so motivated that when I left I went for a slight run. I can not wait until my next class.

Wonderful place with extra nice ladies to my hearing impaired daughter but over all the ladies are just amazing with everyone from what we could tell :) my eight year old daughter was in amazement at how nice everyone was to her.

If you want to work out with great trainers and members then this is a place for you. Friendly atmosphere with competitive environment (if you want it) would make you want to come back and keep on coming back.Can't go wrong, come and try free class!You will be hooked!
