The lady inside had the audacity to look at me and ask me if I was OK and why I looked nervous after not letting me in and speaking to me from the outside when I just wanted to stop by and check out the place of what would have been going to yoga for the first time in my life. Extremely disrespectful and very unwelcoming. This is not the way to approach and welcome anyone let alone new people and at a place like a yoga studio.

Palmetto Yoga Studio is a wonderful asset to Columbia. The instructors are excellent, and the Beginners Series is a great course to take. There's wonderful energy about this place where you're welcomed no matter who you are and you aren't judged! (I also highly suggest taking a class with Malai, who is one of the most wonderful individuals I've ever met!)
