Novo Fitness Studio

LOVE this place. In 45 minutes you get what would normally get in a 2 hour workout. It's very intense but so motivating. The studio is beautiful with all amenities (water, showers, "daycare", sitting area, etc) and the location is very convenient with great parking. Everyone there from other members to the instructors and staff have been so welcoming and helpful as well. I highly recommend trying out No-go if you haven't already.

Love the vibe here! The members are friendly, the classes are phenomenal, and the instructors are amazing. I love all the different classes offered and the time slots are convenient for my schedule. The music is one of my favorite things. The upbeat and current playlists really help to motivate me while I’m sweating it out. Novo offers a unique workout experience that is challenging but super fun. I enjoy my time here and never regret coming in.

I decided to sign up for the one month special and just became a member. I love the variety and the ambience at Novo! The instructors and staff are so kind and fun! I honestly started with the mindset it would be pretty easy, but I was wrong - in a GREAT way! I love the challenges that stretch me out of my comfort zone (literally and figuratively, ha!). And those lavender towels after class… yes, Lord. 🙌🏼 I have seen a drastic improvement in my energy, mindset, and muscle control just in the 20 classes I’ve taken this month. Thanks, Novo!!

I absolutely love being a part of Novo Fitness Studio family! I wish I had joined them much sooner than I did! Their yoga, 305 Fitness and other classes are amazing! Great workouts! It helps me with my physical and mental health. Everyone there are so friendly, kind and helpful!

I absolutely love Novo!!! From all of the incredibly gifted instructors, to the group classes, to the great variety of classes that target different muscle groups, to the feeling of a sisterhood/community…Novo has everything I didn’t even realize I was looking for in a gym! I have always loved fitness, but being at Novo has reignited a passion in me for fitness! I honestly can’t brag enough about this amazing place!!!

Novo has been a blessing to my family. Everyone there from instructors to clients to childcare workers are absolutely amazing and from the day I walked through that door have made me feel like I belong. Novo gives me the workout and the relaxation that I need to get through each day and I am so thankful for this new home away from home for me and my kids. Knowing that as a mother I can bring my kids to workouts with me and there be a safe place for them to go play makes continuing these workouts so much easier! There is truly no place like Novo!

Attending Novo has been such a great experience for me. I love community and that's exactly what I feel in the Novo environment. I have enjoyed every class that I have taken so far. I would say for anyone that is considering joining, give it a try and you won't regret it. I love the fact that there are so many variety of classes and times to select from. I LOVE NOVO

Novo has a warm and accepting environment for everyone. Even if you have trouble keeping up the pace in some classes you are never criticized. In fact, you are encouraged to go at your own pace and do what makes you comfortable.Every staff member I have interacted with has been incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. What I especially love about their staff is that they care not only about the physical health of their clients, but their emotional experience as well.Phenomenal group!
