Novo Fitness Studio

Novo is more than a fitness studio, it is a place I can call home! I have been a part of the Novo Community for almost 3 years and there has never been a day that I haven’t loved this place. The variety of classes, the instructors who make you feel loved and known, and the community of friends is unmatched! I have gained so much confidence, strength, and friendship from this place and I’m so grateful I took a leap of faith and joined Novo, because it has truly changed my view on fitness. Coming to Novo Fitness is like coming home. I’ve never felt so welcomed, loved, appreciated, and supported. The instructors don’t just call your name, they take the time to get to know you. They’re your biggest supports, encourages, and motivators. Each class is so different and unique and always delivers an amazing workout that leaves you smiling and feeling strong and empowered. A truly special part of Novo is the community and the love behind it. We aren’t just friends, we’re each other’s hype queen, friend, fitness buddies, and family. Such a welcoming environment. I have loved and enjoyed every class I have taken at Novo. All of the instructors are welcoming and supportive. I defiantly 100% recommend Novo fitness. Novo is such a fantastic place! I never really found myself comfortable with group workouts because I am very introverted and shy, but seriously, the second I walked into Novo for the first time, I felt so warm and welcomed by both the staff and others taking classes. The classes are fun and focused, sometimes making me forget that I'm even working out. I'm 5 classes in and loving every moment so far. I feel challenged but still welcomed every time I take a class and seeing such a variety of women taking classes is really inspiring. Truly, anyone can workout at Novo because the environment is nonjudgmental, welcoming, warm and personal. I can't recommend this place enough!

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful, supportive and dedicated these girls are at Novo. I have gone through so much in the past year (2017) and this place has become a safe place for me. Everyone there is supportive and motivating (employees and other Novo clients) and has helped me through these hard time. I have never been to a gym/fitness center like this before and i have been to them all in the area. I absolutely love it there. It has changed my life and i know it’s changed many others as well!!
