Had I not had such a bad experience since the closing of their prosperity location, I would of given a 5. Great heated deep stretch classes. The manager told me nearly 1 month ago to expect my refund check in the mail. I am getting a refund because they closed the local and the new local is not anywhere near me. I have not gotten the check, I have left many messages and sent probably 8 emails and no one has contacted me. Beware.

Very casual laid back environment where everyone feels welcome. A place where teachers genuinely care about their students. I love practicing yoga here!

I hope I found this place sooner. I've been just doing yoga from watching Youtube and one day I decided to find a real yoga studio and practice. Charlotte Family Yoga Center is more than I could ever ask ! I love going here to practice yoga and the all the yoga instructors are friendly and helpful. I've had classes with Sharon, Diane, Viji, Michelle, and Tineli so far and they are all wonderful. I don't know how they remember everyone's name but they do and you really feel like you're a family here. I love that they challenge me but still feel comfortable and open to any questions I might have. I could keep go on and on about how amazing this place is but then I'd be talking for hours so I'll stop now Haha but seriously, anyone who's interested in Yoga should come to this place and practice, from beginners to pro yogis from all different ages! I LOVE CHARLOTTE FAMILY YOGA CENTER! and I hope my review would encourage others to make the first step towards yoga which restored my physical and mental health.

I received my 200-Hour Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Certificate from CFYC, and I am so glad I studied at this studio! I've been around the country practicing at different studios, but none have had the sense of community that fills the rooms of Charlotte Family Yoga Center. Each teacher brings their own gifts, but they are all attentive, and give wonderful assists. CFYC gave me the tools to be a powerful student, teacher and leader everywhere I go. I am forever thankful for what CFYC taught me.

The best yoga studio around!! I took my first yoga class here almost 4 years ago and never left. Positive, encouraging environment with a great variety of heated and non heated classes. Special workshops to focus on arm balances and inversions have assisted me in reaching that goal of going upside and doing crow!
