I really liked this gym. The first time I went in to get enroll they walked me around personally and showed me all around the club. I've loved it so far!!

Fantastic staff and machines! Everything is always so clean and the staff is super nice. If you are looking for a great environment to workout at where there is no pressure then this is the place for you!

The best gym I've ever been to in the Kannapolis/Concord Area! And it's the only true 24/7 gym!Great Christian environment and an even better workout! $15/month with no contracts is a steal!

THIS AREA FINALLY HAS A 24 HOUR GYM!!!!!!! Great opportunity to get in shape and stay healthy!!! The staff is awesome and Brandi is great and makes you feel comfortable in joining and getting started on your fitness journey! Give this place a shot and you definitely won't regret it!!!!

So far so good. Great staff, clean facility, and great equipment. I go very early in the morning and its very apparent the late night lifters don't put the plates back where they belong, but if that's the only complaint I have they're doing great. I definitely recommend this place as a great 24 hour gym!

Best fitness center ever!!! The staff is so positive, motivating, and the most caring group of trainers I've ever encountered. They are so helpful and inspiring. They truly care about your goals. Even when I was out sick for 3 weeks with terrible kidney stones, the owner Chris made a trip to my job to check on me and make sure I was okay. I love the atmosphere when you walk in and the welcome feeling you get. Everyone always has a smile on their face. We need more fitness centers like this one.
