CFYC concord makes you feel like family. Right when you walk in the doors you are greeted with a friendly smile. The staff and the owners are friendly and offer lots of variations if it’s your first yoga experience. The studio is maintained and always well stocked with all your yoga needs. I’m sure everyone will find a class that is right for them.

I've been attending clases at Charlotte Family Yoga for over 2 years. I selected this studio because their mindset is to provide a welcoming all-inclusive community. The teachers here teach yoga as a passion project. They come from all walks of life and have full careers outside of the studio. There are no mirrors in the studio so you can learn yoga poses by how it feels within your own body. The teachers provide many options with the poses so you can decide what feels best for your body that day. They foster an inviting, non-judgement, let you-do-you environment. It's a great place to join whether you're starting out in yoga or seeking a place that you can grow in your own yoga journey.I love the ease of using the MindBody app to sign up for their classes. The schedule provides specfic details of each class such as who teaching and how many spots are booked as well how many are still open. I'm able to pull descriptions of the classes and bios on many of the teachers too.I highly recommend Charlotte Family Yoga. My husband decided to join after hearing me gush about this studio. He has found that it's greatly improved his flexibility too. Yoga and this community of teachers and students have been a positive impact on both of us.

nice staff, lots of toys like weights and blocks, cheap mat rental, showers, good deals on classes, student discount, morning and night classes, good yoga flows for full body, lavender cold cloths at the end. BUT the staff doesn't answer the phone all day long, they don't let you in if you're later than 5 minutes EARLY to start time, they cancel classes without notice if there's no sign ups even though they offer walk in classes, their online schedule doesn't distinguish between locations, there's no mirrors to look at your form or body in session, and they require you to create an account so they can track your information as opposed to just taking your money and letting you be a free and private individual.

Wonderful people and wonderful practice. I've learned so much about the helpful physical, spiritual and community aspects of yoga from the Charlotte Family Yoga team. I look forward to continuing my yoga journey, and I'm grateful to be a part of this practice.

I simply do not have enough great things to write when it comes to CFYC and the people which you will find there. This establishment has proven time and time again that anyone of any skill level can join in the fun.The environment is perfect. There are no judgmental mirrors to distract you from focusing on giving your body what it needs. The instructors actually take time to get to know the students as time goes by. When individuals come together in the way that CFYC staff does, there is no other outcome than for faith and trust to inveterate more and more.

Celebrating a world class yoga studio from someone that has visited studios all over the country. Charlotte Family Yoga is a very well run and very professional studio. The instructors are among the best I've had the pleasure of practicing with since I began 4 years ago. Shout out to Kara, Vicie, Hannah, Blair, Anita, Tegan, and the entire team. Thank you!

Always a nice stream and great staff

Had my first class yesterday. I wasn't expecting "Hot" yoga...but the experience was awesome & Kara was an amazing instructor. As a newbie to yoga I felt comfortable and supported. There's a feeling of community there that's palpable....welcoming and encouraging. I cant wait until my next class.

I have nothing but love and gratitude for CFYC. From my first class they have made me feel special, like family. It is always so welcoming and I LOVE their classes! I can’t speak more highly of CFYC!! They worked so closely with me and supported me through my pregnancy. They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Vicie and Kara are so kind and generous ♥️. I recommend CFYC to anyone looking for a yoga studio to call home.
