A low price gym that is open all day and night. They arent pushy, they dont bother you and its relatively busy from time to time. You can usually get the machine you like without a wait.

Medium size gym. Friendly staff. I go right after work around 5:30pm. And it is never crowded to where I can not use the equipment. I am enjoying this gym a lot

Very small gym. Nice people. Cancelling your membership is a nightmare however. Fortunately for them this nightmare appears to be the norm at every gym I've gone to.

They take a long time to update there equipment and if you cancel you owe them a month. After I cancelled they kept charging my card. Good luck getting them to help you resolve any problem.

small facility so just a few people can make it feel crowded. cable machines dont seem to glide smoothly while using but good value for what you pay for in the hydro massage and tanning.

0 stars for this place. They say everything you want to hear to sign you up and say they'll give you 3 personal training sessions a week when you tell them your work schedule up front then after you sign up they inform you of specific hours the gym is staffed to do those sessions. Then they don't care if you can't get to your sessions due to work or injury making you unable to utilize them, they will still charge you the money each month. Then when you want nothing more to do with them because of this they won't refund your sessions. So they have my money and no services to provide. That is a terrible business practice. How can you keep money for unused services? Bottomline, don't get into a personal training with them.

I've just recently joined. I like that the gym isn't overcrowded, sometimes get the gym almost all to myself. The staff is friendly and helpful. Looking forward to achieving my fitness goals here.

I used to love this place. Then I bought a personal training package. I was told I could purchase 4 sessions @$35 each totalling $140. Here it is 4 months after my sessions are completed and they are going into my account, drafting out another $140. Why?..I did not request any more sessions. I thought it would be different here but same ole same ole gym scam.
