Tons of equipment and friendly staff. Does get busy during the evening hours, but having 24-hour access during the week is a huge plus.

I have had the pleasure of taking three different style Yoga classes with - Jackie, Catalina and Karen and they have been AMAZING! All had a different approach but the end result was challenging and satisfying! I also use the weight and the machines on the floor and I love it all! Everyone there is kind and helpful!

Terrible customer service!!! Had an issue and needed to cancel membership after multiple charges on my account…beware hidden fees. “$15 a month! $1 sign on fee!” They won’t tell you until you’re signing that there’s a $60 annual fee, so now that’s $20/mo..oh and to cancel you have to pay another month plus tax…nothing especial about this gym in my personal opinion that other gyms don’t have..

Brand new equipment. Water fountain works great! The staff actually listens when they get complaints.

Great training environment lively music knowledge and helpful staff great sauna and boxing bags variation of areas zones and organized and incremental weights and equipment to not only push maintain and build a comfortable and compelling atmosphere which both challenging and easy going.

Today was the day I realize how Crunch staff really cares about their customers. Today at Zumba class our instructor phone was having difficulties working. We called the AMAZING LIZZY to see if she can help. We realized it was the phone that was the issue not the gym sound system. So what did Lizzy do??? She let the instructor BORROW her phone for the hour so that class can commence. There was about 40 men and women waiting and Lizzy saved the day by donating her phone for this great class! This shows how management in the train the staff exceptionally well. The whole group fitness room erupted in cheers when the music was finally playing all thanks to Lizzy. Please keep her around. Because if she or Dom leaves, I'm leaving too. Lolol. Because it's rare to find people like this and because of her, I was able to burn 1,017 calories Today 9/28/2023 at Nicole T. Zumba class in this location. Exceptional service, great atmosphere, good vibes and just a great gym OVERALL.

Great place, starting to get overcrowded. There is another location opening up near sunrise soon.

As a member who enjoys to box as a form of cardio. The gym should not schedule 2 classes in the only areas that provide boxing bags and then kick out members and tell them they have to wait until the classes end. At least, make a way so members can still be able to use the boxing bags. Maybe move a bag or two into another area. Maybe section off an area for members who do not wish to participate in classes but still would like to enjoy the bags on their own. Very poor customer service and inconsiderate. I will be going to other gyms for now.
