Do not go there, fake info, at first they told me, there will be no contract, I can cancel anytime without fee, even if you want to cancel your membership they wouldn't let youCustomer service sucks, gave me a fake address to send a cancellation letter because they are not able to cancel my membership there

Upon transferring from another crunch gym, I asked for the basic membership and was told it's what I got. Turns out, it wasn't. So after 3 months when I wanted to cancel I had to pay an absurd amount of money. Also, Corporate foes not answer.

I honestly wish there was an option for no star. Let me say this RUN🏃🏿♀️🏃🏃♂️🏃♂️ from this place. Please go elsewhere, it’s the worst , don’t let the wide variety of equipment there fool you. Word of advise Document or record everything you are told. They will tell you everything you want to hear to get you signed up and then say no one said it. Management will tell you, your account is canceled , you will receive a refund and cancellation email and it’s not done and keeps billing you. Not even three months and look at the ratings already , this says a lot .
