While I don’t want to rate this gym too soon before having a chance to experience it, I do have to share that my experience today when picking up my key tag was terrible. For starters, the girl that was there was 100% rude taking my phone to like, share, comment and tag my friends through my FB. It all happened so quickly that it didn’t really click until after the fact at which point I unfollowed/unliked and deleted it from my page. I didn’t even know she tagged any of my friends until one of them liked it. That’s when I removed that comment as well. I felt rushed and pushed. You need to ask people to like, follow and comment if they choose. Not take their phones and do it. That’s BS and not a very good first impression at all. 👎🏼

I just called this gym and they said over the phone they were open. I drove farther than normal to go to crunch since this is the only location near me. I arrived and the facility was still under construction. This is horrible customer service and I just want to say thank you for wasting my time and gas.

These people are the worst! They ignore the no soliciting signs on doors and walk into any local businesses to hand out flyers! Next time they walk into our store at Midway plaza I will call the police on them and they will be hit with a trespassing charge!

Imagine walking into Publix and getting harassed by Crunch Fitness employees handing out flyers. When you refuse to take one they say "looks like you don't workout anyway". Low cost gym, low level employees. Exactly what to expect at this gym. Go across the street to ATHLETICA. Way better.

Stop publicly saying this gym is open on google and google maps. What a waste of time driving here to see it’s still “Stein Mart” and closed and not even built. All the pictures are fake and of other crunch gyms. DO NOT GO HERE ITS NIT OPEN GOOGLE IS TRIPPING

Very friendly staff!! Can’t wait for this gym!! It has a boxing studio and Saunas!!
