Corpus Christi Athletic Club

There is a lot of options here for membership. Military/veterans/disabled and corporate have some different options. This place has 2 pools and a jacuzzi and a wet sauna. It is clean and the staff has been very friendly. They also run different specials if you don't want to commit to a yearly contract. There is a decent sized indoor track, tennis courts, and they have massage packages.

This gym is amazing! If you could imagine everything you ever wanted at a gym and then some this place is for you. They even have a bathing suit dryer...oh my goodness! The people that work here are so very kind. The people I met in my very first Zumba class were so kind as well. I can't say enough good stuff about it!!! 😁 …

EXCELLENT FACILITY. Let me start by saying I did not end up signing for a membership here BUT It was only since the location was not convenient to me in terms of my commute to work and home. With that being said, the staff, equipment, and cleanliness are top notch. I came in on a guest pass since the gym I signed up for limited their hours on a holiday (understandable). I thoroughly enjoyed my workout and liked the family friendly atmosphere. If I lived closer, I would have definitely signed up here. Special shout out to Lindsey Gatz for showing me this vast and awesome facility.

Must say I do love this place! It has so much to offer, 2 pools, one is an excellent lap pool, the other is for the group exercises and swimming, then there’s the steam room and the ice bath, this place has literally everything! I love the classes! And everything there is in great condition. Al the equipment and machines work fabulously!

Best gym I’ve ever been to. Been going since I was a child and it only gets better. Unfortunately I’m not living in Corpus anymore, but I always come here when I go back on weekend trips and there’s always something new or upgraded. Always do clean, and rarely do you ever see a machine there that isn’t working, and if it is, it’s fixed promptly. There’s so many options here. It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and I’d never regret a penny spent here!

This place is amazing. I wish we had anything like this in my hometown. I went for a week, and purchased the temporary membership. I was nervous to pay almost $40 for a week, but it was worth it. The desk staff, trainers, fitness instructors, and communication desk employees were friendly and helpful. The purchase took only a few minutes. It is GIGANTIC and offers a ton of classes. I am not a fan of the black and gray color scheme, as it makes the interior a bit dark and dated, but the people are the bright spot. There are all levels of fitness and interest represented. The class members were so friendly, they even invited me to join a tennis team. I did classes in the Mind Body Studio, Studio A, and even got a free pass to try the Pilates Reformer. Wow!

I love this gym so much ! I've been coming since late November and it's just so amazing the staff and other gym goers are just so nice !!! They are so encouraging and it just makes me feel so welcomed ! If you are nervous or never been to a gym before I suggest this one!!! They never make you feel less than a person ! They actually make you feel equal 😭😭!

I’m glad to have my membership here. They have these different workout classes you can do that come with your membership and they are great to take advantage of. All the instructors are great, my favorites to do class with are Anne Marie, April & Debra. They are friendly and answer your questions and help you learn. Everything is clean here, I mean everything....equipment, restrooms, pools and all housekeeping staff are really kind as well. I had my daughters birthday party here and Gabe was the special events coordinator and he does a great job as well! They have a steam room, sauna, hot tub, tennis courts, pools and so much more. Oh and you can shower here and they have shampoo and body wash for you. There are always fresh clean towels as well, I’m glad I let go of my Freedom Fitness membership and joined here!

I switched from Freedom Fitness to CCAC, this is the premier athletic gym in the city, yet everytime I go something is "closed" "under repair" and "currently unavailable" it's annoying. Even when everything was "open and upgraded" the AC was broken. Just not my time to join I guess. I hope in the future it can all be up and running and accessible. As of now, I'll save my money.

We love the Athletic Club! It's nice to go and workout with out feeling insecure. It's been my experience that other members are very supportive and encouraging.
