The staff is super helpful, there are lots of amenities, the indoor track is great, all the equipment is in good shape and well kept, and lots of classes available. Also, the massages and facials here are great.

Excellence club staff very professional Jocie, Tracie, Elsie, and Ashley, are awesome instructors. The entire staff are very good people including the physical therapy center. Theraphy one staff.

Put my daughter in gymnastics here & having come from a top notch place tought by professionals who have done gymnastics their whole life, this place is a joke! I watched from above floor every lesson and about after 3rd lesson I took her out! Teachers were young girls who weren't paying any attention to the kids, just waved them to go through the bars and stuff, never actually helping. One was on her phone the whole time texting with one hand and waving kids with other. Just terrible atmosphere. Had 2 classes, older kids and younger in 1 area. Go to another place! Save your money.

I would highly recommend this gym facility to everyone i know you will enjoy the new equipment, the classes and will make new friends. The swimming pools are awesome. The staff is very professional and very helpful.

I was only there for operation graduation, an event where Flour Bluff High School rents the gym for a lock in party the night of graduation, after all the pomp and circumstance is over. I always enjoy the track and the pools, as well as the yoga room.

This is the nicest gym I have ever been to. Exceptionally clean with superb employees. Everybody is so nice and helpful and positive... what a fresh of breath air !!

Very amazing staff, and they’re military friendly! Highly recommend this gym as it literally has everything you’d need to get a good workout in! Most definitely recommending this gym to all of my family and friends.

Absolutely LOVE CCAC!!! It’s my fav place to bring the kids for over a year. They go to the kids club for 2 hours, which is ample time for me to workout and shower. It’s always very clean, with tons of clean towels. Plus it also smells clean, which isn’t easy for a gym! Lol. But everyone is very polite and folks are patient with each other when waiting for a machine. Summertime it’s the most packed I’ve noticed, especially the kids club. But they’ve done summer clubs (tumbling, tennis, etc) but wow they’re great at keeping the kids entertained and expending energy. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!

My first time at this location was to watch a tennis match. The grounds are nice and well kept, and the staff is nice.Beware I was one of two people to fall in the matter of about thirty minutes when entering the track. There was not a single sign saying watch your step, or any way for me to know about the drop off.I sprained my ankle, and now I'm trying to find out if I may have fractured my tibia.

Best gym in Corpus Christi. Especially great for families! Tons of classes and activities for everyone to enjoy. Monthly membership price is a little high IMO but well worth it if you're serious about working out and getting in shape.
