Overall it is great. Love the hours and the number of machines (no waiting for a machine). But I wish tbey would get the TV's working on treadmills. Been working out for months staring at a blue wall (kind of boring). All the treadmills dont have them working.. Also wish there were more sanitizing stations all over the gym not just at the front desk.

Hi, So last week on Monday I went in with a friend to sign up for a free week at freedom fitness on Saratoga. Two days ago my friend told me that he canceled his membership because they gave him 10 months instead of the free week advertised on your website. He told me he called the gym and that they canceled his membership through phone. I called yesterday and I was told to come in to the store and cancel it. I had told them I’m not in town and they said to write a letter. I just want to cancel my membership before I’m charged, please help!

I just moved here to Corpus and the gym itself has adequate amount of equipment and has attentive front desk staffing. Started doing personal training with Roman Hernandez and has taught me a lot when it comes to strength training correctly. Highly recommend him if you are looking for direction in starting personal training.

Favorite thing about this gym is the energy I get from everyone, the staff and the clients! Everyone’s there to work on themselves and the energy is palpable. Good/plentiful machines and the staff are very friendly/hands-on and help you out if you need it! I’ve been lifting a few years already but it’s a very welcoming environment for people new to the gym

The gym is open 24 hrs. which helps when going to work and school. The staff here are nice and friendly, saying “hello “ as you enter and “goodbye” when you leave. Oftentimes I have a question about the gym and they always answer respectfully and honestly. Lastly, I’m happy there are multiple gyms I can go to under the company name and I am not confined to only one in town. This makes it easy if I’m running errands and want to drop by a gym close by.

And Justin was a great help when helping me decide which gym I wanted to choose, help me sign up for the family membership and told me how all the perks were. Best decision I’ve made since moving to corpus!!

STEER CLEAR OF THIS GYM. BS company. Tried to cancel my membership over the phone, I moved back to California. They won’t do it. Without a “certified letter” BS or me coming in. Do NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM!!!!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very clean, and I never wait long for any machine. All equipment is either new or well maintained. Love this place.

What bothers me is that when I go work out the people around me do not have the decency to keep their masks on while working out, and the staff does absolutely nothing to enforce the mask rule when working out. I wear mine for the safety of others as well as my own. People take the mask off and the staff does nothing to enforce the rule.
