Lately more and more of the machines have been breaking down.There are 2 cable machines that have been broken for 2 weeks.There is an incline bench that's broken.I walked in to work out yesterday and found at least 4 other machines broken.How can we get these machines fixed in a timely manner?How are we supposed to enjoy our workout if a lot of the machines that we enjoy using are inoperable?I don't think it's unreasonable to expect all of the equipment to be maintained and in good working conditions, especially if we're being charged our yearly maintenance fees and our membership fees are automatically drafted from our bank accounts.I hope these machines get repaired in a timely manner.Thank youIsaac

Very nice and helpful personnel. Very clean. Lots of great equipment to work out with. Trainers are available for helping you out with getting a good work out experience. Very nice place.

I was looking for a gym to train while in town.This gym first popped up on google maps listing. I went around 10:30am, because google maps mentioned its their slow peak hours. When I walked in it was chaotic and everything tied up. There wasn't much wiggle room to train comfortably. So, ultimately I walked out.

Extremely disappointed & flat out felt robbed.While I have nothing inherently negative to say about the gym itself, excluding that it's usually busy. My issue stems with the downright negligence in managment. Management found it somehow alright to charge me $50.00 after inactivity & having a new card & myself never giving them my new card number.When I called to report this suspicious, almost fraudulent activity, no manager was available for contact. I was informed by an employee that it had my new card on file, which raises security concerns, as well as fraudulent activity concerns, considering I never gave them my new card information. Two months ago my bankcard was replaced for a new one & they have since tried to contact me to renew my membership but I have not stated whether I would like to continue membership, as I have not had time to attend the gym.I then asked the employee when my last activity was & he stated it was in March of this year. It is now the end of September. Throughout these months, despite inactivity, I was continously charged the monthly fee. A fee I never disputed because I had intended to go to the gym but did not. Fast foward to my bank card needing to be replaced & I'm charged a fee. I could have been deceased for all Freedom Fitness knew. I could have been out of the country, etc. The most alarming thing of all this is despite my inactivity, they somehow got my new card on file, without my consent. If they have my new card & are managing to charge it, despite months of inactivity, what else are they doing with my banking information? This raises serious privacy concerns & well as an over-reach in billing. The absolute negligence of management that allows this to happen should be equally as concerning.I dont know about anyone else, I only speak for myself when saying this is alarming & should be ignored, especially if you value privacy.

The only thing I really care is the cardio section upstairs because there’s a lot of machines. I can never seem to ever get a work out in and it is always so packed and overcrowded. I have tried different days and different times of the days even at 5 o’clock till 630am and it is still packed. I just wish they would stop recruiting members and have a limit to how many people are there because it’s very hard to get to any machines in. They really don’t have double of any workout machines. Just the leg extension. think that’s it’s maybe greed to keep getting people to come to gym for money.

After a long day of work the last thing you want to do is work out.. Dragging yourself into the gym Terra from Freedom Fitness ( Saratoga) Has welcomed me every time I go in.. She Greets you right when you walk in with a smile 😊. By her acknowledging me I feel part of the gym.. Thank you Terra!!! …

Shout out to Celeste for assisting my husband and I with our facilities tour and signing up. She was efficient, customer focused, and delivered a pleasant experience. The gym was clean and well organized with staff ready to assist.

I have always had a pretty good experience with this doctor's office and that is why I continue going, And also recommending the office as well. And I have to say the girls in the front desk have always handled every call with the utmost importance. I have complete faith that they will help me with my medical needs , as far as seeing my physician.

Always friendly staff, equipment is nice, yeah it gets a little busy during peak hours but thats most gyms. Plus the patrons are just as friendly and usually will let you jump in or flag you down when theyre done.
