With covid as bad as it is, the facility can NOT provide a safe place to work out and bring the kids. So I canceled our membership as what was sold could no longer be provided. Was disappointed that they still charged fees to cancel though they were the ones that no longer could provide the service that was sold. The interaction that took place to cancel was rude and furthermore a number of people had their face mask around the neck thus proving it’s not a safe space for me and my kids.

The gyms need to be on the same page. Called one gym and they said they had a day pass (coming in from San Antonio) and then I get to a sister gym and tell me they’re not doing them. So we drove 39 minutes out here to get time wasted. If y’all are doing day passes, ensure all your clubs know.

I love that I can come right after work (I get out at 4:30 am) and get a great workout in. Usually, there is no one there that early, but even if there is, I always have machines to use. Plus, I can go to the women's fitness and workout in there if there are too many guys in the main gym. 😂🤷♀️ …

Has everything I need to get a good workout. Great facilities, and friendly staff. What I like the most is that this place is exceptionally clean. I enjoy coming here⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our beautiful Freedom Fitness, I miss, love you and pray that you will open soon. ❤

I moved over 8 hours away and when I tried to cancel they told me that I must cancel in person. Being a college student it was extremely difficult to get back home however, now that I did cancel they offer me no reimbursement and are even stacking on additional charges. Even though I have documentation showing I was not in the area. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. They’ve shown they care more about their profit over actual people and as an aspiring personal trainer this type of business practice disgusts me.

Don’t sign a year contract! Don’t put your bank information on file! Be prepared to pay a Annual fee towards end of contract. Tristan at this location was very helpful.One week later 11-9-19They are still taking from my account! Mind everyone I have not worked out ONCE in ANY facility! And still no one is helping me! Go somewhere else to work out

Great customer service. I had to move to another State, and where I'm moving to does not have a Freedom Fitness so I had to cancel the membership. Sean took care of the matter quickly and act very professionally despite my grumpy attitude. Thank you!

I love this location wish it was as big as the other location on SPID but it will get the job done. I have referred several friends to this gym. The staff is awesome and the gym is very clean! I just wish and others have mentioned that the gym should be 24hrs Monday-Saturday. The Zumba with EVA is awesome! Great Location

Awesome gym. Great that they have a couple barbell squat racks (could use more) and many barbell benches. MUCH better than planet fitness. Don’t like the tricky “annual fee”, but every gym seems to do it. Still don’t think that makes it right. Overall, I loved my experience here!
