Clean and not busy. Great place to do your work out with out having to wait for machines. The building has 2 open roll doors, so it's well ventilated. Parking in front and in the property. Not the latest equipment but it's more than sufficient. Lockers and bathrooms available.The owner is friendly and helpful at times with suggestions on a few of the machines. He also offers training for those looking for motivation. Located close to downtown.

I absolutely loved training here. A clean well organized space with all the essential equipment for building a seriously tremendous physique. High quality machines and implements with a very relaxed atmosphere that allows you to really get into a serious mindset.

Body Wise Fitness is great. Owned by a former competitive bodybuilder, this place has everything and then some - plenty of free weights, benches, cables, machines, cardio equipment, etc… The gym and locker rooms are impeccably clean. Definitely one of the best gyms in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach

Awesome gym, was my first time there while on vacation. Staff was great! Met Gil who was very friendly and even gave me a towel since I didn’t have one! Gyms clean and wasn’t packed. Would recommend if you’re in the area.
