I went in there to use my three day pass which is valid in most cluba and the manager said I needed to show something with local residency in Costa Mesa or Newport which is ridiculous, just because I showed her an ID from the Mexican Consultant in addition to my DMV DL from Westminster. It's so sad to see 24 hour fitness have a racist Karen working for them.

I’ve have membership that grants me access to all 24 hour gyms for the past 4 years. This one is by far the most grimey and dirty gym I’ve been to. Plates have so much grime they’re almost a different color. Deadlift pads wayyyy over due for a replacement, dumbbells out of order, there’s even a section in the gym where the lights are broken and there’s plaster sheets covering a broken mirror. Cheap franchisee makes and embarrassing example of 24 hour stands. I would look to the San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano gyms as a role model to make your gym better.

I have been attending this location for over 2 years weekly as I work close. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere has gone significantly downhill along with raising prices half the treadmills don’t work they say they’re at a higher speed and going slower than they are, which is very difficult to use lots of things out of the bathroom with clumps of hair and then today I went in the sauna for the first time Smell of the sauna was something I cannot describe and then I went into the women’s locker room to get ready for work, and there was a smell that was like mold, and body odor mixed together that literally made me want to vomit. Somebody should not be paying to go to a place that you can barely work out the floor room to do exercises. The floor has dust and crumbs all over it . Very disappointing. There were also cookies in the cupholder on the stairmaster it’s not clean it’s not functional and the management needs to step in. Lots of people are paying play over planet fitness prices for a gym. That’s basically planet fitness.

The entrance is difficult to find. All ground level doors say the entrance is at parking level but neglects to say that it's on Level B2, 2 floors below ground. If it's your first time here, it's best to take the escalator (near Harbor Blvd) because pushing B2 inside the elevator will only take you to street level. The men's locker room is very clean and pleasant smelling, but the hand soap smells like rotten eggs. The pool area is very hot and humid (about 80° F) and I counted a total of 2 chairs near the pool and 0 lounge chairs. The steam room had only a sprinkling of steam and the sauna was standing room only.According to a gentleman, who attends this gym religiously, the gym population tends to drop significantly by 9 pm. And according to the associate, at night, the area around the gym becomes congested with homeless traffic.

I was a former member here before the fake pandemic world order was imposed upon us. It sounds like they are deliberately downgrading the service as a means to get people to leave Costa Mesa and not hire people. Moreover, the Illuminati Masonic government pays 24 Hour Fitness to cut hours, lay off employees, so that they can go work for Amazon. 24 Hour Fitness can certainly live up to its name if they wanted to, they certainly proved their name in the past for many years, but the Illuminati Masonic government is cutting hours and services in the ideal services and increasing hours and manpower in the not so ideal services such as Amazon. The Illuminati Masonic government is deliberately destroying the ideal industries in order to force people into the terrible industries. Bottom line is that 24 Hour Fitness knows it must hire more people if it wants to actually be a 24 hour service. They would make so much more money if they did. Too bad the Illuminati Masonic government is restricting them now. I wouldn’t be surprised if the remaining staff are all Illuminati Masonic too, deliberately destroying the ideal choices of labor and industry.
