Believe me when I say LXR is not just your typical yoga studio. If you crave a warm atmosphere (no pun intended), positive and friendly community, and overall rejuvenating experience, you've come to the right place! I've previously had a traumatic experience from doing regular hot yoga, so when I saw their sign mention "infrared," I was determined to give this studio a shot. I'm happy to share that I survived my first class, and I have been going back almost every week! I have witnessed so much healing from previous injuries, stronger mind-body connection, and increased flexibility which has completely changed the trajectory of my weight lifting journey.The business owners, Tess and Huy, go above and beyond to welcome you into their studio family and remember your name. Every one of their instructors brings a unique approach to teaching yoga and go out of their way to celebrate your wins in class. Some of their classes can be challenging, but you are reminded to go at your pace and it just goes to show how dedicated they are to incorporating new styles, techniques, and movements to take your practice to the next level.Quick tip! Best way to reserve a spot is to use the MindBody app, but if you ever have issues with registration or sign-up, they are always ready to respond and help you with whatever you need. I highly recommend getting there at least 10-15 minutes early to take a few minutes to tune in with your body and settle into your mat before the class starts. It can really help you let go of your day and get the most out of the class.

I arrived at 7:04 and the door was locked. I waited 10 minutes before someone finally came to the door and was refused to enter the class. How was I supposed to come in if the door was locked? Was really upsetting because I drove from really far for this class and was excited to do it with my friend. Never coming back.

This studio is exactly what yoga is about. All the staff is amazing. And Tess was so welcoming and always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend

I have been to several studios in town and this place is the best. Super clean and the classes are small. Even if the class is full you still have space to do your thing and your not on top of the student next to you.The heated room is infrared heat which has several benefits in addition to the yoga. The room gets hot but its not stuffy hot like a Bikram class. All the teachers are good and friendly...they are not intimidating and help new students feel welcome. The owners are a super nice couple with great energy that teach as well. They make everyone feel special and help keep the small studio vibe. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to do yoga. My favorite calls is the yoga sculpt but they do offer other classes. NAMASTE!

What an amazing yoga studio! A small business owned by the kindest family who offers quality yoga at a truly affordable price. It doesn't ever feel like commercial chain hot yoga studio that I've experienced many times elsewhere. The teachers teach individually and there is no format where all the teachers teach the same which I absolutely love. You'll find your favorite teachers after being there a while but they are all great. They recently opened a non- heated downstairs yoga room for those who don't like the heat. They have a lot of safety protocols in place for covid such as temperature checks, socially distanced placed mats and low class capacity. They are growing rapidly so I recommend checking them out asap!

This place is amazing!!! Its a growing studio, just hit 1 year anniversary i believe. The owners are a cute husband/wife pair, they work so hard, they are their own cleaning crew before and after classes, and they also teach... during covid, rather than shutting down like most, they got the idea to take the classes outdoors on the patio. They set up mirrors around the space and when it was cold in the evening, they bought patio heaters, 4-5 and strategically placed them around to give the yogis the hot classes that we crave.. I see how hard they work, put their hearts in in, I'm member, proud to be!!
