I love the staff, trainers, group classes and environment at The 12! I push myself harder during the group workouts than I would if I worked out on my own, and we do exercises I wouldn't do otherwise. I feel like the trainers actually care about you committing to your practice and about making sure you do the exercises properly. The music is great, and it's fun to train with your friends!

I have been an annual member for 3 years now and it has changed my entire lifestyle. The trainers are always willing to help and try to motivate. Specifically Nichole is my favorite trainer, she is motivational and seems to know what each person needs individually. She also knows when people need a harder push, she can be abrupt and poignant when it is needed an i love it. That's saying something with 30-60 people in a class. I've met Josh and Derek several times and they are extremely dedicated to their business and clients. I love the whole team there and would highly recommend the 12 if you want to make a change or enhance your current physical activity!

I have been coming for three weeks and this is one of the greatest decisions I have made going into the new year! The people within this community are so supportive and kind, the workouts are challenging and are really productive to my new strengthening goals!
