WORSE GYM EVER. TRIED TO FREEZE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY LEG WAS BROKE AND FILLED OUT ALL NECESSARY FORMS ONLY TO GET SENT A COLLECTION LETTER FOR 50$ A YEAR LATER? Even tho i came into the gym and offered to pay. AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN? EVEN MY TRAINER THERE LEFT THIS JUNK OF A SPOT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. ANDREW STEVENS AS WELL AS THE STAFF THEIR ARE TRASH.

Dirtiest gym I have ever been to. The staff is busy looking away when you're scanning yourself in, working out their flirting skills and not paying attention to customers at the front desk with questions. Also it's such a slap to the face of people doing cardio and the staff are having their lunch infront of them and have the whole room smelling like food it's gross. Dust everywhere upand down the machines. Take notes from planet fitness they have a cleaner gym.

Good facility, but only one cable Wright machine. It was not very smooth, I think it needs some maintenance.

I loved coming to the gym with my husband at UFC gym. They offered me a guest pass for him having a v.I.p membership. This gym had lots of available machines and a person present cleaning the floors. Easily accessible cleaning wipes to help clean the machines after use. Great music playing as well. This gym also offers a daycare for kids while parents workout. Located on harbor blvd next to the Honda dealership

Good gym, no regrets. The only downside is they close at 8 pm on the weekends.

My friend was also charged after she cancelled. Also, the front desks person ( a tall black male) was very rude to customers whose first language is not English.

No issues with the gym itself, my issue is that i have cancelled my membership and I’m still being charged. After doing everything I needed to do to cancel I was told that since in my contract they already charged me a “last month fee” I would not be charged again, I have that in writing. Last month I was charged again and after contacting them again with no solution I was able to reverse the charge with my bank, and again UFC charged me. The woman I was emailing told me she has submitted a refund request and it is pending, so I have been waiting and nothing has happened. On top of all that I see my membership cancellation is still pending, I read the contract over and over it is pretty basic, so it makes no sense why this is happening, I have tried to remove my CC from the system and I won’t let me, I never thought that I’d have to cancel CC in order to get out of a gym membership, I noticed this is happening to other people as well. No one is being helpful, signing up takes 5 minutes but canceling takes forever. The definition of a scam.

Staff are really friendly. Very clean. I like the atmosphere. My only complaint is the size. Can be difficult to get your workouts completed at high capacity times. However, choosing the right time makes this gym heaven.

I attended a demo for personal training at this location with Rachel Kawa. She was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. You can tell she is very passionate about health and nutrition and she is a professional at her craft. She made sure I was comfortable as It was my first time meeting with a personal trainer. She herself is a power lifter and I could tell so I knew I was in good hands. If anyone is looking to get a personal trainer she is the right person for the job.
