Unveiled Fitness

Poor customer service. Nobody will return my phone calls promptly. I've also noticed their class schedules are very unpredictable as classes get cancelled frequently.

Who would have thought that after DECADES of looking for a fitness program that I could stick to for more than a couple of weeks, that I would land on Pole Fitness!? I have tried other Pole Studios in South Orange Country and Unveiled is at the top of my list for several reasons.1. The location - The studio is located just off the freeway. There is ample parking and it is always well lit. It is on the ground floor and easy to get in and out without a long hike to your car.2. The Studio Part 1- It is clean and well maintained. The floors are always spotless, the workout mats are cleaned after every use and there is a bottled water cooler to fill you own water bottle. The bathroom is fully stocked and it smells nice, :)3. The Studio Part 2 - The dance rooms are spacious and well designed. They accommodate various class sizes and there are plenty, and a variety of styles, of poles.3. The Studio Part 3 - Although they have some retail available in the lobby, it does not overwhelm you and make you feel like you have to purchase their logo clothes in order to fit in.4. The Management - There is only ONE boss lady and she is prompt, courteous and professional in her business dealings (She is also a beautiful dancer and great instructor.)5. The Cost - The largest variety of plans and contract options I have seen in a pole studio. They are affordable and flexible to meet life's always changing schedules.6. The Clientele - They come in all shapes and sizes, ages, cultures and backgrounds. The friendliness of the women who are members here is like no other. No cliques here.7. The Curriculum - KICK BUTT workouts every time, followed by the most fun you can have with your clothes on. YES we keep our clothes on :)Last but not least… The Staff - Always present during the class, not just pumping out a lesson. Always encouraging and supporting not matter what your skill level.If you are looking to get fit, have fun, make friends and walk with a little more swagger in your step, then this is the place for you! Come On! We will be waiting for you!

I love this place. I have been coming for here for six months and I have never felt this way a type of fitness studio (and I've been to a bunch of hot yoga and kick boxing studios). Unveiled is truly unique because the girls that come here become your sisters and friends, your instructors become mentors and your inspiration, and the studio becomes your second home.I walk in and I can let me hair down and poor out all of my emotions into my dances, and with each class comes a new challenge. On top of that, my butt has never looked better!The girls that come here are all ages and everyone accepts each other with open arms and a kind heart. No one will tell you that you are too big, too skinny, too tall, or too short. No matter your size you can feel beautiful here and you should.I can't stress how much I love this place, I guess you should just come in and try it for yourself

This place is amazing! It's a safe haven, a boot-camp, and a creative outlet all in one. The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable, they help me build up my strength to achieve my goals (and then some!) and my fellow students are all so friendly and helpful. When I come here, I push myself more than I thought I could but I never feel pressured. I've taken other types of dance classes and can't express how much comfortable my classes here are: there are always new exercises or moves to learn and the warm ups never get boring. I always leave feeling empowered and inspired to do more. I can't express enough how grateful I am for being introduced to this studio. If you are interested in trying pole fitness, this is the place to go, words fail to do it justice!

About a year ago I came across an online advertisement and thought it would be interested to try the two Pole Classes package at Unveiled Fitness. I exercised every day by running outdoors and using my elliptical at home. I thought that was enough exercise to tone my body and to feel good about myself. Boy I was wrong! Unveiled Fitness has given me more than just a workout. I gained more confidence, self rewarding feeling, and inspiration. I have a challenging busy life juggling two jobs, an 8hrs full-time and a part-time job. Along with different changes in my life the end result is frustration, anger, and stress. Yes, stress we all are very familiar with stress and how it affects us. I continue to go to Unveiled because it helps me to unwind and free my mind spiritually from a complex stressful life. It’s exclusively for woman, there are no mirrors, and the lights are usually dimmed. I feel safe and very welcoming by the instructors and by all those beautiful gals that I see each class. Unveiled has giving me the ability to relieve tension by expressing myself by body movement. The workouts are not easy but the instructors worked with me to become stronger and flexible by customizing my movements to my own body’s capability. During each class I experience awesome workout, relaxation, tranquility, ability to express myself by dancing and above all self confidence.

At Unveiled, they make it known that this class is for YOU. Through well-explained and well-exhibited guidance from the instructors, you can build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Each instructor has something different to offer and even though I go 3-4 times a week, the workouts are always different and always invigorating. Here, being comfortable and creative with your innate sexual energy is celebrated and praised by supportive women who share in your journey. My decision to give it a try is far from anything I will ever regret. If you are considering any type of fitness activity, do yourself a favor; try a class and see how you like it. Unveiled opens up a whole new connection between body and mind as well as a whole new level of self-appreciation. The women are so welcoming, funny, and ready to inspire you. This is the BEST way you can be selfish. TREAT YOURSELF! :)In my opinion, pole fitness itself is the healthiest and most empowering form of therapy, body and soul. Just as women baring their belly button went from taboo to widely accepted, this form of dance too will evolve in the eyes of the general public simply through its undeniable physical and psychological benefits. I'm not advocating this as a means to please men and make money off it- more so a way of self-focused cathartic release and expression as well as a full body exercise. And if you're ready for this experience, definitely go to Unveiled. They know how it's done!

I am new to South Orange County and have been searching for a way to connect with other women in the area. Since I've always had a thing for dancing, and I life to workout, I figured this would be such a great experience. When I went to my first class at Unveiled, I got so much more than I ever expected. I found out quickly that I had discovered a new home for my mind, body and soul. I will never stop attending. It has given me something to look forward to when life is so hectic and crazy. The students, instructors and owner are all so genuine and you can tell that they really care about your progress and well being. I have only been attending classes for just over a month and already I can see changes in my body.There are so many great things to say about Unveiled, but for me the best thing about this place and this type of art is that is gives women a freedom outlet. When you are at Unveiled Fitness, you are in a safe zone. You are at a place where you can express your creativity, your emotions, your feminist, your sexiness and most of all your strength as a woman, all through the art of dance. I am very thankful to have found these ladies and look forward to becoming a life time member of the Unveiled Fitness Family. I love all you ladies, each one of you inspire me!
