My husband and I came into Evolutionary Sports with no previous knowledge or experience about kickboxing. All of the trainers as well as other classmates were super supportive and helpful! This gym is full of life and has a great community!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to get in shape! Donna and Rich are doing something great here at Evo!!!

I went to Evolutionary Sports- (kickboxing) with my friend and it was an amazing experience! A killer workout with trainers that really make you feel comfortable and part of a group!

MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I've seen the incredible athletic transformation in my girlfriends life and the amazing motivation they provide.As they say "we do life together." Very family and inclusive culture...regardless of fitness level. My observation: if you're committed...they're committed and will welcome you with open arms.Beyond the kickboxing and fitness training, they are incredible at developing the warrior spirit, ready to face the challenges of day to day life. When I came to Evolutionary sports 2 plus years ago. I was depressed and fighting my own inner demons. After a few weeks I become friends with my couch Donna and rich. They would check up on me to make sure I was OK. This place is not just a gym they treat you like they are your family.

I had been searching for a kickboxing gym in order to get a full body work out after having my children! I researched different places but Donna greeted me with open arms, she was personable and friendly! Everyone I have met there - trainers, members, - have been so welcoming and encouraging! I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else 😊All you need to do is walk through the door! We will take care of the rest!
