Evolutionary Sports - Kickboxing Gym

I’m really grateful I found Evo. I had been working out for a long time on my own and hadn’t seen the gains I wanted. When I first sat down with Rich at Evo and explained what I wanted he immediately had a program in mind that would help me reach my personal goals. Not only did he train me to reach my goals but also coached and instructed me on how to do it effectively and efficiently. My goals were a priority to him and I’ve never felt like I was just “another PT session”. He takes personal pride in my successes. He and Donna have been great mentors, friends and powerful support system during the difficult times of 2020. I look forward to continuing to train with them and staying part of the Evo family.

From the moment you walk through the door you’ll be hooked! There are so many classes to choose from and each one will challenge you both physically and mentally. The trainers are great and the general sense of camaraderie is unmatched. This gym will become your second home and the folks you meet will become family.

Signed up with my friend thats been going for years and raves about it, had my first personal training session with donna today. Let me tell you, she is AMAZING made me feel welcomed and was professional, most of all she made me feel like a badass, i walked out of there feeling accomplished and confident! I am so excited for my journey here and cant wait for my next session! Going back for class tonight!!

This place is awesome, from the coaches to everyone that takes classes. All the trainers are very helpful, knowledgeable and inspire you to better yourself. The owners are one of the best people I've ever met, they will go above and beyond and to the ends of the earth to help you out in whatever way possible.

Evolutionary Sports is so much more than a gym. Everyone there is authentic and encouraging, and Donna & Rich have fostered an incredibly positive culture of accountability. I also do personal training sessions with Donna that are customized to exactly where I need / want to grow, whether that's running combos for the next kickboxing level testing or general conditioning or strength training. She is a COACH in every sense of the word and cares as much for me as a person as she does about my fitness goals. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

I have been a member of many different gyms over the years. I have been a member of EVO for the past 2 years and I have never experienced anything like this gym before. The atmosphere, the energy level, the commitment that the members of this gym has this something that you need to experience for yourself. I would recommend this gym to everyone. It is absolutely the motivation you need.

I have been a member since 2013. I was nervous going the first time. But when I got there I was welcomed from the moment I opened the doors. Fun energetic knowledgeable trainers, students willing to partner up with me even though I was new and had no clue what I was doing. And 7 years later I am still there and I am a trainer. This gym is more than a gym. Give it a chance it will be one the best decision you make!

Evolutionary Sports has been a part of my life for over 9 years. While my schedule , availability & involvement has changed several times over those years... Evo has always been there, evolving with me to fit my needs. So appreciate the way this family supports their members - grateful to Donna & Rich for creating such a special community that goes way beyond a typical gym.

This place is really special. Joining a new gym can be intimidating, but the staff and other members here were so welcoming when I went to my first kickboxing class. I just started going back for a couple of small classes and personal training since they reopened, and they're going out of their way to keep the gym clean and to keep members safe. Don't hesitate to give Evo a try!

I love the warm and welcoming environment at Evolutionary Sports! I have taken several personal training lessons and have thoroughly enjoyed the individualized workouts and ongoing encouragement. Donna truly has a lovely gym that I highly recommend :) I look forward to trying classes here!
