I’ve been fighting my way back from a debilitating autoimmune disease that has kept me inactive and at times bedridden for the past 6 years. I knew the only gym that could help me get my strength back would be Evolutionary Sports. I first worked out with EVO ten years ago. I contacted the owner Donna, relayed my concerns, detailed my disease and my goals. We met and set up a slow paced plan that included PT, yoga and kickboxing. Over the course of just eight weeks I was able to gain so much of myself back. My flexibility, my strength and endurance. Most of all, EVO gave me back my confidence and filled me with hope that I could if not beat this thing, then at least get back quality of life. Every frustrating moment Donna and her team has been there to remind me how far I have come and to help me stay on my path. They truly are the best at what they do.

This gym has given me confidence and an gotten me so fit! The trainers thanks time to guide you through to learn the workout in class. They even help direct you in healthy eating. Evo is my second home. I always feel great after being there.

Awesome gym! The owner is fantastic, she works with you individually and as a group. The trainers are well educated. You don't feel judged, the people around you help in anyway they can, has a family atmosphere. Love all the different classes and all the different times so everyone can make it to a class

Hi I am Sue Phillips,I have been going to Evolutionary Sports for 8 years!!! It was best decision I ever made to join a gym!!!! The owner Donna Rivard is the most caring person. Her gym is top notch and all the trainers are amazing and awesome!!! I just completed my 7th Titan Guild this past weekend!!! It was amazing and I have trained two teammates for Titan Guild which is the highest level for kickboxing. I also have done two fighter training programs and several Fight 2 Lose programs!!! Best culture I've ever been a part of in this gym. People lift eachother up, learn to fight and defend, turn weakness into strength and evolve into their best version of themselves. Evo isnt a gym, it's a way of life.

I love Donna and her ability to push me and make it fun!This is not only a workout but a form a self defense.I consider it both anger management and therapy! (WAAAAAY CHEAPER!!)You can be apart of a great group or comfortable staying in your lane.The first visit is free!! C'mon y'all!!
