Amazing gym with great people! Different classes for everyone. Never had that awkward feeling of walking into a new gym & not knowing what to do. Everyone is so friendly & helpful.

Want to get in shape but don't know where to begin? No motivation? Find traditional gyms boring? That was me for many years until I walked into evolutionary sports and tried a free class! Everything changed that day! A little something for everyone! Kickboxing classes pads and gloves, intense weightloss program , actual in ring fighting if that's your thing, and personal training! A place where the people actually care about you, new friends and a place to call home!
