Equinox Highland Park in Dallas promises premium services but often falls short. With a spacious layout and clean facilities, it offers top-tier amenities like a saltwater pool and eucalyptus towels that many members love. However, frequent reports of outdated equipment, unreliable air conditioning, and poor management tarnish the allure. The high membership cost also doesn't justify the experience for many, leading to frustrations among its clientele.

I was just a guest today but a trainer, named Eric, was very nice and informative. Would recommend him as a trainer.

My friend was robbed here. Someone broke into her locker. Equinox staff covered it up by taking and not returning the police report they had to sign. Sounds like an unethical and corrupt business.

Gym is very average and crowded. Sales folks are aggressive and unhelpful.

Friendly staff and impressive atmosphere! Really enjoy working out at Equinox. Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists are very knowledgeable and care about their clients. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great staff, best front desk staff in Dallas. Equinox solve issues as they arise. They follow up on all commitments. Great trainers. The yoga is excellent. The facility phone app is wonderful, clean easy to navigate.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time as a member at Equinox for the past 3 years. The experience is definitely more like being a member at a club than a gym. The other members are very nice, approachable, and social. This is not the type of place where you run into a bunch of meat heads or gym rats. The group classes are diverse, frequent, and intense. The staff is fanatical about keeping equipment, floors, bathrooms clean and germ free. And the club is CONSTANTLY performing MAJOR upgrades -- most recently the flooring in the stretching area, adding a ton of new weights and machines, a complete remodel of the spin class including brand new bikes and a sound system, a new cafe, and the list literally just keeps going on and on. If you are willing to pay a little more for an experience that is much more than a sweaty gym, then this is your place.

After 7 years I have cancelled my membership. No parking, classes are so full you can't move and the rude pilates / yoga instructor was the icing on the cake when I inquired about the possibility of having more than one Pilates class. New and old clients should never be treated with disrespect. Will A.,the group fitness instructor is great and will be missed!

I toured Equinox early last week and was note impressed, especially for the cost. I have no issue spending $175/per month if the gym is worth it. A lot of the equipment is outdated, the layout was very weird and my sales rep wasn't the most friendly of the bunch. It has been over a week and I have not received any sort of follow up from her (but shes called my husband even though I made it clear that I am the reason we are looking). The only good thing that came out of this tour is I realized how much nicer Life Time Fitness is and its HALF of the price. Also, I heard there is zero choreography in their spin classes which pretty much sealed the deal for me. I was very excited to tour this property and am so disappointed in how disappointed I was.
