What can I say, I’m a GRITFAM girl through & through! This place has my heart & I’m honored that I’m part of a community that is all about empowerment & encouragement. The variety of formats allows for everyone to have their own workout flavor. Each instructor has a different style & there is something that fits everyone’s speed. There’s no other gym/studio like GRIT, many try to copy but only this place has all the right vibes.

I love Grit so much. I’ve been a member of Grit since the fall of 2018. I took a break during the pandemic, but I recently returned. I needed the physical activity, but more so, I needed the motivation and camaraderie. If you’re looking for a place where all fitness levels are welcome, where strength is celebrated, and where the music is poppin, Grit is your place.

I typically avoid gyms and fitness classes bc I’m often intimidated by the instructors and members. But grit fitness has been the complete opposite for me! The instructors are so welcoming and friendly and the classes are upbeat and fun. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey at grit!

GRIT is truly the best gym in Dallas. It has the greatest variety of classes of any gym - including yoga, boxing, cardio step, spin, hundreds of virtual classes, and so many more. You will feel welcomed & part of this amazing community after your first class here!!

Grit is good for the mind and body, but it’s best for the soul. Come for a great workout, stay for the community. It’s rare to see so many women supporting women, but Brit & team have created that culture through Grit. It’s been a huge part of my life for the last six years, and I can’t imagine a Dallas without Grit.

SMU!! Grit is Free to be yourself judge free zone come how you are, right when you walk in you feel loved and when you start your work out and finish wow!! You feel amazing from all the woman power take a challenge and join you wouldn’t be disappointed they have 3 locations just click on the website and see what is best for you! I randomly found The Grit through the Mind and Body App when looking for a workout session. What I did realize at the time, I found a second family. A family committed to promoting the positive well-being of physical and mental health. Grit offers a variety of classes that focus on cardio, aerobic, weight-training, and plyometric style workouts. The staff is awesome, well-diverse, and knowledgeable in teaching basic to advance regimen workouts. These classes are design for you to WORK but also have lots of FUN in the process! I highly recommend The Grit! You will find your place here and fit right in! I would love to have more later evening classes.
